Dry and spicy flavour with lots of pepper and citrus character, and distinct cedar wood, especially in the late aftertaste Rune (13507) - Tromsø, NORWAY - JUN 1, 2012
Bottle sample, thanks to Henrik Soegaard for sharing. Unclear golden body. Spotty lacing. Dry lemony hops to the nose, slightly spiced. Bittersweet taste profile of tangy fruits, mild pepper and yeasty fruitiness towards the ending. Fresh and dry bitter endnotes. Good, but far from being a favourite (Copenhagen, 12.05.2012).

Pouring at the Saturday afternoon session of EBF. Pours a hazed gold with a medium sized white head. Big cedar right away on the nose. A touch sweet, smooth and spicy. Light alcohol peeks through, a touch of spicy wood. Caramel, long warm cedar on the finish. slowrunner77 (12844) - Reno, Nevada, USA - SEP 25, 2014
"You get a hint of the spices and fruitiness in the aroma and flavor, but all of that takes a back seat to the cedar, which is pleasant, but also too dominant for anything else to really shine, and therefore taking away from the beer as a whole. Pretty good, but pretty simple. Don’t see the need to collaborate on this as this is what CC’s Humidor beers taste like."
