Hazy gold with a fluffy white head. Not the gusher that the previous one was.
Funky yeast and lemon aroma.
The flavor starts with a tart bite then mellows out as the sweet fruitiness comes on. The finish is dry and fruity. Stuu666 (13019) - Edinburgh, SCOTLAND - JAN 23, 2015

Pouring at the Saturday afternoon session of EBF. Pours a hazed gold with a medium sized white head. Big cedar right away on the nose. A touch sweet, smooth and spicy. Light alcohol peeks through, a touch of spicy wood. Caramel, long warm cedar on the finish. radagast83 (8002) - Alexandria, Virginia, USA - MAY 5, 2012
Sampled from 750ml bottle. Poured a golden orange color with a fluffy white head. Aroma is orange-lemon citrus, with notes of woody lemon. What is this sorcery? This was pretty darn tasty. Sour notes, cedar, with tropical fruits, and white pepper.

clear mellow orange, and beautiful, thick creamy white head. Belgiany grain aroma, complimented by some orange notes, and hints of cedar. Nice bubbly carbonation. The cedar gives the beer quote an interesting flavor, it’s slightly offset by the orange peel, but the flavor is predominately peppery cedar. It’s very good and another gem from two of my favorite breweries. omhper (24963) - Tyresö, SWEDEN - JUN 12, 2012
Bottled at Bishop’s Arms Folkungagatan, Stockholm. Hazy golden, small head. Woody cedar nose with juicy coriander. Mid sweet with medium body and elegantly rounded mouthfeel. Lots of cedar. Juicy finish with mild bitterness. Ratman197 (14668) - Arvada, Colorado, USA - JUN 17, 2012
750 ml bottle courtesy of Craftbeerdesign (thanks Geoff!) poured a clear gold with a small lasting creamy ivory head. Aromas of grapefruit, cedar, white pepper, coriander and light orange zest. Palate was light bodied and crisp with a dry finish. Flavors of cedar, white pepper, grapefruit, coriander, light orange zest and light straw with a crisp dry lingering cedar finish. stobbe74 (3789) - DENMARK - JUN 18, 2012
Sampled at Copenhagen Beer Celebration 2012. Pours a hazy and golden beer with a white head. The aroma is malt, sweetness and fruit. The flavor follows the nose with additional grapefruit and bitterness. The palate is bitterness. Overall a good beer. PhillyBeer2112 (2817) - Oviedo, Florida, USA - JUN 18, 2012
This beer is a lesson in serving size, as it took me the entire 750ml bottle to realize I really liked it! Initially the cedar was really powerful and overwhelming, coming across like a cedar chest in beer form, but over time I was able to "see" through it to the nicely balanced spritely beer behind it, and see the cedar as a complement to the other spicing, indistinct as it was. Harsh at first, and then sad to see the last drop.
