Chipalsa (1310) - Florida, USA - JAN 7, 2013
Quite the drinkable beer here. Aromas revealed some nuttiness and coffee with a touch of yeast. The taste was malty with more toffee and light toast with some nice subtle hop notes towards the end. Pints of this would go down fun.

3.3

Draft sample at CCB. Poured clear brown color with an average fizzy off-white head that was mostly lasting with excellent lacing. Moderate complex hop and bubblegum yeast aroma. Medium body with a smooth texture and soft carbonation. Medium sweet flavor with a medium sweet finish of moderate duration. Soft drinkable beer.

Pours a very clear medium amber with a small white head that laces a good amount. Aroma of roast, caramel malts, and some spruce and pine. Flavor is bitter throughout with bits of roasty dryness and touches of toffee. Not too shabby.

Tap at Cigar City. Brownish pour with a nice frothy head. Lots of peanut in this - awesome for its style.
