Pours somewhat clear golden honey with a white head. Aroma is light bringing some sweet Belgian yeast and light floral honeysuckle. Flavor is light sweet somewhat creamy yeast with honey and a tad of orange zest.

Bottle... Pours clear and yellow with a fluffy, mid-sized, white head. The aroma is a collage of pale malts, honey, cereal grains and herbal, peppery spices. Full-bodied with a syrupy mouthfeel and tingly carbonation. The flavor is too sweet. It’s herbal and spicy with big notes of honey, pale malts and cereal grains. Disappointing, but I don’t like wits in general.

Gold color, white head. Odd beer. A boatload of spices, kind of overshadows the base beer here. Not bad, but not exactly in my wheelhouse.

Gold pour. White head. No lacing. Spicy malty aroma. Spicy malt flavor with a slight bitter end.

hmmm.... tons of spices and thick. Not really what I would look for in a wit, but it tasted fine, nothing wrong just wasnt my thing. Finish is spices.

October 23, 2015 - taster glass sample at Darkness Eve. Shared by my home skillet, BVery. Golden pour with some head. Floral and fruity on aroma and taste.

Bottle, thanks for sharing. Pours a hazy pale gold with a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has has sweet grains and biscuit with grass and light spice supporting. Flavor has sweet flora and light grains with some light fruits supporting.

Cloudy ormange. Some wheat, coriander and spice. Flavor is a little light. This is ok.

Bomber. Slightly hazy yellow gold pour. Mild wit aroma. Taste is a little bland - just okay. Rare miss for this brewer.

Clear light yellow. Aroma is mild detergent and a hint of lemon. Taste is lemon water. I expect more from this brewer.
