COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
The Cracker Cowboys of Florida were colonial-era settlers, often of Scots-Irish descent, who arrived in Florida when Spain traded their territory of La Florida to the English. The term Cracker in Florida usage relates to the whip these "cow hunters" used to herd cattle in Floridas Palmetto Prairies. Called Ququeros by the Spanish, these hardy and hard working Cracker Cowboys helped to shape the history of Florida, the nations oldest cattle raising state. We brew Florida Cracker White ale with unmalted wheat, orange peel and coriander and then ferment it with a French Saison yeast strain to give it a spicy and dry finish. Perfect for a warm day on the Palmetto Prairie.

12 oz can from trade. Pours a hazy golden color with a large fluffy white head that doesnt last. The aroma and flavor have pale malts, orange citrus, mild spices, coriander, yeast, hints of tart character, yeasty bread with a dry finish. I suppose this would do alright on a warm day.

Poured out of the can into a Prairie Tulip glass (Cigar City and Prairie is a collab I could get very excited about) -- Im not a big fan of wits but this is probably my favorite. It is subtle and subdued where it needs to be, and forthcoming also when it needs to be. Great balance, great beer.

Ooo! Thx to my dad for mulling this back in an unnamed orifice. Poured out pretty clean but I had a feeling that this can needed a swirl like a nerd in a high school toilet stall. PIT V CLB game 4. Insanity. Going to OT! Smellz decent. Very nice wheat thankfully is plentiful, dirty orange, clove, coriander, banana, soap candies. Pleasantly fragrant. Sharp tangy spice all over the place, dominates. Very very dry and tart, coriander, orange can be found in vagueness, banana, pepper. Better than others but nothing exciting.
