COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
The Cracker Cowboys of Florida were colonial-era settlers, often of Scots-Irish descent, who arrived in Florida when Spain traded their territory of La Florida to the English. The term Cracker in Florida usage relates to the whip these "cow hunters" used to herd cattle in Florida’s Palmetto Prairies. Called Quáqueros by the Spanish, these hardy and hard working Cracker Cowboys helped to shape the history of Florida, the nation’s oldest cattle raising state. We brew Florida Cracker White ale with unmalted wheat, orange peel and coriander and then ferment it with a French Saison yeast strain to give it a spicy and dry finish. Perfect for a warm day on the Palmetto Prairie.

Pours semi hazy blonde with a big white head. Nose is a bit dry for the style with some coriander and fig showing through notes of citrus. Flavor is similar and fairly gentle. Easy drinking with a nice low key character.

Classy wit! Light maltiness, wheat, ripe banana with some peach pure, light not too pushy spices. Moderate to light sweetness all the way, perfect thirst quencher

Very cloudy yellow gold beer. Great scent, lots of coriander, saison and bready yeast. Taste is very yeasty, good wheat flavours, a hit of sweetness but a bit too creamy (medium bodied) than I expected. I don’t really taste the peel, nice.

[email protected], Copenhagen - pours gold with a medium white head. Aroma and taste is fruity with citrus notes of lemon, wheaty and fruity, with some nice spice into the close, drinks well.

12 oz. canned Jun 13/2016. Orange-gold pour with a film of bubbles. Nose is orange peel, resin and bubblegum, with just a hint of coriander and toast. Tastes of orange juice, resin, bubblegum and a bit of coriander in the finish. Light-plus body has smooth medium carbonation and a bit too much orange peel for my tastes in a Wit.

sinfull (1782) - Brooklyn, New York, USA - NOV 26, 2016
Hazy , orange color. Medium-sized, white head. Aroma of wheat malt , yeasts and coriander. Sweet, yeasty taste with spicy notes. Good witbier. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

An excellent white. All it needs is more alcohol. Smooth with a tad bite and a bit of sweet from the coriander. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone
