4.1 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
Pours a light and hazy straw yellow, minimal head goes away quickly. Lots of wheat smell here, crisp and clean. A little bubblegum flavor with some banana. I also Get the coriander in there. Lots of carbonation working here, making it very refreshing and easy to drink. I didn’t expect this to be this solid of a Belgian White, one of the better ones I’ve had in sometime.
(Tap) cloudy, bright, very pale yellow colour with a small white head; intense aroma of lilies, sourness; creamy palate; balanced flavour with a small white head Borup (15942) - Albertslund, DENMARK - JAN 16, 2018
