COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
The Cracker Cowboys of Florida were colonial-era settlers, often of Scots-Irish descent, who arrived in Florida when Spain traded their territory of La Florida to the English. The term Cracker in Florida usage relates to the whip these "cow hunters" used to herd cattle in Florida’s Palmetto Prairies. Called Quáqueros by the Spanish, these hardy and hard working Cracker Cowboys helped to shape the history of Florida, the nation’s oldest cattle raising state. We brew Florida Cracker White ale with unmalted wheat, orange peel and coriander and then ferment it with a French Saison yeast strain to give it a spicy and dry finish. Perfect for a warm day on the Palmetto Prairie.

Pours a light and hazy straw yellow, minimal head goes away quickly. Lots of wheat smell here, crisp and clean. A little bubblegum flavor with some banana. I also Get the coriander in there. Lots of carbonation working here, making it very refreshing and easy to drink. I didn’t expect this to be this solid of a Belgian White, one of the better ones I’ve had in sometime.

Similar flavor, adding mild sweetness, a touch of bitterness and hints of orange peel and spicy yeast. Smooth and soft on the palate. Balanced, pleasant and easy to drink overall.

Can. Hazy yellow with a small white head. Nice aroma, wheat, esters, spice - clove and such. Flavor is nice, mildly sweet, mildly bitter, medium spice. Medium light feel, smooth. Nice for the style! I'm a more "witty" guy than most. Also, the name? RAAAAACIST!!!

Witbier is a style I stay away from but while in Tallahassee, I tried this White Ale and was pleasantly surprised. Paired well with food.
