Hazy golden pour, huge white head. Aroma of tropical fruit, yeasty esters, and some sour funk. The funk is there, and there is a nice peperiness you would find in a saison too. Flavor is quite dry, and fruity with some more sourness. The carbonation is a little over the top, and it does take away from my enjoyment, but other than that, this is a great saison. A nice beer but I just fine if lacks that saison crisp, refreshing lightness, it seemed a little too dense and heavy. SudsMcDuff (8389) - .....Manchester United.........., Texas, USA - SEP 17, 2009

Bottle thanks to juiceisloose. A fruity saison that is a bit on the sweet side. Troical fruit flavors with a bit of that saison barnyard. pantanap (3366) - Chicago, Illinois, USA - SEP 13, 2009
750ml bottle once again from Chris.... Pours mostly cloudy orange brown with a moderate cloudy white head... Tropical fruit aroma with very little guava but still quite fruity... Fruity quite lively, tangy yet sweet refreshing flavor. Soft yet vibrant flavors...I’m a fan. puzzl (3258) - New York, New York, USA - SEP 13, 2009
Bottle shared by MaxxDaddy. Pours with a large, firm head, cloudy golden orange. Very sweet, tropical fruit aroma, light caramel and clove, a touch of cinnamon. They can get away with it in the aroma, but the flavor is a near diabetic coma. Horrendously sweet, nearly undrinkably so, and incredibly far from what saison should taste like. Ugh! The rest is going down the drain.

750 ml at lithy’s Septemberfest. Opaque orange-peach with a lasting creamy disc of foam. Nose of cheese, funk, white wine and muscadine. Flavor is pretty much the same, with more fruitiness and some pepper. Light body is dry and fizzy. vtafro (7445) - Wayne, New Jersey, USA - SEP 11, 2009
Bottle thanks to Rciesla for sharing. Golden orange pour with a white head. Guava flavor(not easy to pull off) and a touch of citrus, spices and light wheat. Rciesla (5499) - Exit 15W, New Jersey, USA - SEP 11, 2009
Bottle. Pours an orange golden body with a white head. Nice fruity guava and some light citrus with a muskier, drier spiciness. Sweet with a light tartness and a light drying finish. Good one. wavers1 (916) - Notown, California, USA - SEP 10, 2009
bottle courtesy of dak, thanks man! pours a fuzzy peach that gets denser and more opaque towards the bottom. smell is of funky rotten fermenting fruit, lots of peaches and apricots. taste is a nice fuzzy funky sweet peach with a good brett kick on it. nice carbonation and finish. the guava is barely present in the nose for me personally, but it comes through nicely in the flavor and a lot in the aftertaste as well. another great and unique offering from ccb! Bottle shared by Ethan. Thanks. Pours a very hazy orange. Nose shows lots of funk We were told by Wayne (who ryan called while we were drinking it) it is not brett. Sure smells like it. There’s also a nice guava and leathery notes in the aroma. Nice funky flavor, with the fruit playing a bigger role than in the aroma, some pepper, and earthy hops are also present. Enjoyed this one.
