Can... Pours mostly clear and amber with golden highlights and a small, creamy, white head. Good retention. The nose features tea biscuits and pleasantly fruity hops. Full-bodied with a whole-milk mouthfeel and modest carbonation. The flavor furnishes heavy, tannic bitterness and biscuity malts, but to a lesser degree. Lengthy, bitter finish. youdictategood (467) - Florida, USA - JUN 30, 2015
Canned. No detailed notes, but a more yeasty/malty flavor and thin mouthfeel. Meh. jgb9348 (6387) - Arlington (Pentagon City), Virginia, USA - NOV 6, 2014
Clear copper and light bronzed coloured body with a thin tan head. Aroma of nuts, earth, metal and a hint of perfume - not much depth in the hop notes nor complexity. Light to Medium-bodied; Assertive nuts and earthy flavours with a touch of metal and some subdued grain flavours. Aftertaste shows yeast, corn, malt, earth and nothing too pleasant or anything resembling hops. Overall, a surprisingly mundane beer with no character nor impressive flavours - this one is very passable and definitely not worth searching out. [ Courtesy of kaufmanised ].Clear medium orange color with a average to large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, moderate hoppy, pine - wood hops. Flavour is moderate sweet and bitter with a average to long duration, pale malt, wood bitter. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft.
Can at bishops. Smell is very bland and doesn’t say much. Pours light orange with a small white head. Taste is a bit bitter but has a fresh feeling of citrus. Palate is a bit thin. Overall a very non saying beer.

12 oz can. The pour is an orangey clear gold. There is a nice white head and some great spotty clingy lacing. The aroma is more malty than hoppy, but there is a good piney resin to it, and a light earthiness. The flavor is definitely different. There is a maltiness going on, but not really a hop dominance in the flavor I'd expect. The resin is there and a good amount of fruitiness. The mouth feel is light at first, and the carbonation balances it out well. There is a subtle creaminess. The aftertaste is lingering and malty and dry

Can from backlog. Pours out the same as all the rest. Aroma is of sharp citrus, some floral/fruity notes and mild herbal aromas with the same clean malt the other ones have. Taste is lots of fruity/bitter citrus with mild herbal notes, some light flowery hops, more sharp lingering citrus and some balancing bready malts. 12oz can courtesy of markwise. It pours with a copper body that supports a dirty white head of foam. The aroma offers up a mix of pine hops and sweet maltiness where I’m getting a sliver of citrus hops off in the background. The taste delivers a nice mix of pine hop flavor and bitterness as well as snippets of citrus hops amid a thin river of a sweet malty base. Pretty nice IPA. fluffy (2472) - St Petersburg, Florida, USA - JUL 8, 2014
Not an IPA person but this one is ok. But not very good otherwise. One dimensional.

Honestly, calypso isn’t my favorite hop varietal and this one may suffer from that. Aroma isn’t as fruity as the other dry hopped series. Same goes as the flavor but this one has a bit more dryness and bitterness but not fruity. Either way, I dig the others.
