HOPSHUNTER (742) - Tampa, Florida, USA - APR 10, 2011
Draft @ CCB. Copper body with a small, dense off-white head. Nose is caramel and crystal malts balanced with floral, citrus hop notes. Medium bosy with a clean mouth feel and average carbonation. Flavor has a solid toffee/caramel malt backbone, some biscuit, the hops come through with delicate citrus notes and slight pine. Starts slightly sweet with an herbalness to it, finishes slightly dry with mild hop bitterness. BOLTZ7555 (3027) - Phoenix, Arizona, USA - MAR 4, 2011
On tap @ CCB. Bright copper pour with a small eggshell head that left a spot or two of lacing inside the glass. Aroma shows its English roots with tons of buttermilk biscuit, honey, caramel and malt. Flavor is quite fruity and also displays freshly baked bread and toffee. Slight hop profile. A little thin. Just nothing to write home about. markwise (5441) - North of Tampa, Florida, USA - MAR 3, 2011
On draft at Cigar City. Pours a light caramel color with an off-white head. Nose is malt, some biscuit, floral hops, slight citrus hops, and a bit of bread in the aroma. Flavor is similar with a nice bit of malt, some floral and mild citrus hops, and some biscuit. Light to medium in body and very sessionable overall. On tap at the brewery, tastes of light hops, very similar to what you might expect in an APA, pours dark, tastes quite flavourful. I can see my self drinking a lot of this one. jjuf1853 (1302) - Land O Lakes, Florida, USA - FEB 20, 2011
Draft at Cigar City. Pours an inviting amber color with a beige head. Excellent lacing along the glass. Nice hoppy flavor with English malt notes. Great aftertaste!

Poured up on tap at the Cigar City Tasting room with deep hazy copper body with amber hues and nice full nearly tight off white head. The aroma has a firm mix of malts, caramel malts, crystal malts and roasty malts to go along with a touch of apple like fruity esters. It also pushes up notes of orange and grapefruit like sweet cotton candy, spicy hops and some floral hops. The taste is medium in body and running to dry into the finish. It carries notes of malts, roasty malts and a touch of chocolate malts as well as growing spice and citrus hops that start mostly as flavor hops and grow into hop bitterness. Into the finish I get a touch of fruity esters where it continues into the after taste leaving both a roasty malt dry sensation as well as a resiny hoppiness behind. steelcitybrew (454) - Orlando, Florida, USA - FEB 19, 2011
Pours a dark orange with a small white head. Aroma, yeast, earthy, faint hops. Taste is barley, earthy floral hops. Medium mouthfeel. Easy drinking. Overall an ok brew.
