Entering old rates. 2009 rate.

on tap at rattle n hum event. Poured the hazy classic ipa color. Nice floral hints in the aroma and taste. Well done. Reminded me of Elysians floral IPA. A nice beer.

Draft at rattle n hum during cigar city event. Delicious ipa that boasted flavors of cedar, citrus, pine and grass hop. Great brew.

On draft at Rattle n Hum. Pours a liquid gold colour. Pungent aroma of citrus-y medicine and aloe vera.  Disgusting!!! One of the worst beers I’ve ever tasted. It has weird flavour and aroma

on tap @RNH CCB event. Alot of earthy cedar, and some citrus and grass in the aroma. Taste, like some of the other humidor beers was very heavy on the cedar - overpowered the flavor instead of complimenting the base jai alai. Didn’t get too much wild flowers in it.

Bitter and very woody. Smooth and hoppy but lingers way too much for me. Nice orange color, nice body, too astringent.

Tap at Rattle’n’Hum. A very boring IPA. I’m not a fan of the Jai Alai in the first place, and this does little to help it. Flowers are almost completely unnoticeable, and I don’t think the cedar helps this beer at all; the hops are already kind of harsh, and the cedar just comes along and mucks it up further.

Pours a cloudy orange gold with a small white head. Aroma of faintcitrus, medicine and mouthwash. Taste of faint citrus, mouthwash and herbal medicine.

Tap at Rattle n Hum. Cedar hop nose. Clear medIum amber pour. Big floral and spicy notes. definitely flowery hoppy. Interesting and unique but not an every day drinker.

Tap at Rattle n Hum: Orange pour with good clarity and a white film of head. Citrusy/piny aroma. Some spruce and cedar like vegetal notes. Fairly slick and oily body. Dry cedary flavor with some vegetal flowery notes of lavender. Some crisp citrus is there as well. Dry, with a bit too much vegetal character in my opinion. Accompanied with the hop bitterness, and vegetal and tannin presence makes it slightly astringent.
