Entered to celebrate my rating number 20,200. Handbottled. An unclear red-brown beer with a lazing tan head. The aroma has notes of cedar wood, spices, bread, caramel, and malt. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, roasted malt, pepper, cedar wood, caramel, and brettanomyces, leading to a dry, roasted, and cedar finish. joergen (28718) - Frederiksberg, DENMARK - MAR 16, 2011

Handbottle 33 cl. Courtesy of TheCheeseMan. Pours a clear dark amber with a frothy and lacing beige head. Amazing spicy cedar aroma. Medium body, sweet caramel and a little spice but the spicy, peppery cedar is pretty much all over - love it! Ends dryish with a subdued bitterness. Great. 150311 Theis (15152) - Frederiksberg, DENMARK - MAR 17, 2011
Handbottled at Papsø’s - Thanks. Cloudy brown - offwhite head. High cedertree, fruity, spicy, peppery, roasted, grassy, citrus, high malty, dried fruits, smooth and pleasant. Lovely. Tmoney99 (14752) - Cincinnati, Ohio, USA - NOV 24, 2009
Draft sample at Cigar City. Poured a clear brown color with an average frothy brown head that mostly lasted with excellent lacing. Moderate to heavy toasted malt, nuts and woody cedar resin aroma. Medium body with a smooth texture and flat carbonation. Medium to heavy cedar resin sweet flavor with a medium to heavy bittersweet finish of moderate to long duration. This is a standout brew.

(750ml bottle) Pours a cloudy brown body with a medium beige head. Aroma of cedar, Deet, caramel, and cocoa. Flavor of cedar, cocoa, caramel malt, pepper, and nuts with a dry finish. j12601 (12973) - Poughkeepsie, New York, USA - FEB 18, 2010
On tap at Rattle N Hum for their Cigar City event. Pours a clear dark ruby brown with a thin white head. Spicy cedar over malt, toast. Medium bodied, with a subtle and gentle carbonation. Spicy lingering wood on the finish, the cedar is excellent here.
