3.9 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 16/20
on tap for ipa day. Pours a golden orange with a thick white head. Aroma of big bitter citrus and pine hops. Taste is similar, i can pick up the lager yeast. The dry hopping pushed this beer over the top for me. really nice

3.5 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
"Jai Alai IPA blended with Hotter Than Helles Lager and dry-hopped with a special hop blend, with an abv of 6.66%" as part of the IPA day celebration at CCB. Pours a hazy golden orange on tap with little to no head or lacing. Aroma is kind of like a Jai Alai light, all the hops and citrus just kind of dulled down. Taste is oddly interesting, kind of like a fresh hop salad. Light and clean on the tongue, a good change of pace from all the bitter IPAs of the day.

3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 14/20
On draft at Cigar City for IPA Day. Pours a hazy yellow-orange with a white head. Nose is some light malt and caramel with a hop burst of pine hops. Flavor is similar- light malt and caramel with all of the burst from a hop bomb. The dry-hopping did a lot for this beer.

Pours yellow. No carbonation. Nose is bready, hints of citrus hops. Flavor is semi-bland, not much to see here.
