On tap at CCB pouring crystal clear copper with gold edges and off white head. The aroma begins sweet with citrus and spicy hops and then heads into mild levels of herbaliness and flower pedals. The taste is essential the new improved Jai Alai with its deliciously executed hop bill of rich citrus hop flavor, spicy hop flavor and then building into resiny piney hop bitterness. Well off in the background are sort of floral and herbal like notes. HOPSHUNTER (742) - Tampa, Florida, USA - JAN 23, 2010
Draft at grand opening of CCB tasting room. Poured a clear, golden, orange color with a tall white head. Nose is christmas tree, light spice, citrus, and earthy grass notes. Medium body with ample carbonation and a sticky, resinous mouth feel. Flavor is very sprucy which I’m not completely sure I’m a fan of, notes of spice, grapefruit, earth, and caramel. Flavor is strong juniper, with notes of citrus, spice, caramel, and peach. Good dose of bitterness in the finish. kiefdog (1827) - Tampa, Florida, USA - JAN 18, 2010

Well balanced. gkost (1069) - Alaska, USA - JAN 18, 2010
Pours orange. Immediately there is a nice bouquet of citrus and sweet fruits, followed by some sweet caramel and mild spices. Flavor is herbal, citrus and sticky resinous pine nicely rounded out with sweet caramel malts.
