Tasted at RBSG grand tasting. 750ml bottle. Very dark brown color. Thin off-white head. Couple loose bits of lace. Dark fruit, chocolate, light spice, some vanilla barrel character. Moderate sweet taste, moderate bitter, light alcohol heat / bite. Medium to bigger body, smooth kind of lighter carbonation. Solid stuff, but kind of sweet for me. dchmela (3078) - Orlando, Florida, USA - JUN 6, 2014

Thanks to Toby for this one. Poured jet black with almost no head. Lots of lacing. Nose is Rich Chocolate, oakey, and somewhat boozy. Taste is heavy on the chocolate, light vanilla notes. JohnGalt1 (1721) - Boise, Idaho, USA - MAY 17, 2014
750 received in trade a while back.. Shared tonight with the good fellas.. Pours a fairly thick dark brown, dark brown head rises up and dies back pretty quickly.. nose shows thick vanilla and barrel presence. Pretty odd spicy note makes me think of cinnamon that I know isn’t really there.. Instead just a big clean dark malt bomb.. bourbon gets a little heavy as it warms up.

750ml bottle thanks to Toby. Pours out a dark brown almost black topped with a small head. Nose is lots of barrel candy sweetness bourbon and vanilla. Taste is as the nose with lots of sweetness bourbon rich malts a little booze on the end. A tasting treat. rdixon77 (3003) - Georgia, USA - MAY 10, 2014
Thanks to drowland for the share!
Big rich barrel aged from CC. Pours red brown. The aroma hits with bourbon but gives way with caramel, dried fruit, burnt wood. The taste follows with a lot of woody bourbon burn and dark chocolate sweetness. Finished slightly acidic and sour. Rich mouthfeel. Ferris (16487) - Burnaby, British Columbia, CANADA - MAY 8, 2014
Bottle - Molasses, dark chocolate and a liquorice. Jet black with a thin brown head. Bourbon and molasses with some rich syrupy dark chocolate. Very big and rich, heavy mouthfeel. drowland (9052) - Georgia, USA - MAY 8, 2014
3/8/14. 750mL bottle thanks to burg326. Dark brown soda looking pour but with a small tan head. Huge, HUGE bourbon barrel aroma, lots of bourbon, some fudginess, caramel, vanilla - honestly hard to tell where barrel ends and beer begins - mostly barrel, but I sort of enjoy it. Okay flavor, lots of barrel again, bourbon, vanilla, caramel, fudge, very sweet, a dose of ash, and an almost lemony acidic tartness lingers in a way. Not bad. Tastes like Cigar City. tderoeck (10195) - Gent, BELGIUM - APR 10, 2014

Clear dark red brown beer, no head. Aroma: lots of caramel, sugary, some spices, cinnamon, vanilla, more caramel. MF: soft carbon, medium body. Taste: bit sourish, watery impression, bitter hops, overripe red fruits, bit sugary, alcohol. Aftertaste: unpleasant bitterness, tannins, bit woody, grape peels, bit sourish.
