On draft at CCB poured a brown color with aromas of light apples, cinnamon, bread, and some light malt. Flavors follow suit, light apples and heavy on the cinnamon, a decent maduro treatment.DaTimBennett (111) - Tampa, Florida, USA - AUG 6, 2013

On draft at CCB, pours a murky brown color with aromas of dried apples and a decent amount of cinnamon. This beer tasted likke the maduro beer with some light apple, and a decent dose of cinnamon thrown in. Interesting beer, just not the best treatment for the maduro.
Tap at CCB. From notes. Beer was brown with a off white head. Taste just like a apple cinnamon muffin with the bread like flavor from the malt. Has a little bitterness on the end. markwise (5450) - North of Tampa, Florida, USA - JUN 27, 2013
On draft at CIgar City. Pours a Maduro brown with a white head. Nose is some light cocoa, tobacco, and hints of nuts with apple cinnamon like from a box of Apple Jacks. Flavor is similar with some cocoa, tobacco, and malt followed by Apple Jacks. Light to medium in body and lingering fruity spice in the finish. tricyclist (1125) - Florida, USA - MAY 14, 2013
This is a great brown ale. Brings me back to childhood cereal. Plenty of cinnamon on the nose, and I don’t really like cinnamon, but it’s balanced with oats and nuttiness that make it really enjoyable. Flavor is smooth nuts and cinnamon, really enjoyable with a background of chocolate. I’m happy with this one, through and through. MeerkatTampa (23) - New Port Richey, Florida, USA - MAY 14, 2013
Pours nutty brown with a minimal head. Aroma reminds me of a brown-sugar crusted apple pie. Taste is sweet and smooth, though the cinnamon imparts a slight metallic taste. Finish allows the apples to come through, thought it doesn’t last long.

On tap at BX Beer Depot’s CCB Tap Takeover. Maduro treatment. Light in flavor but packed with apples and tons of cinnamon. Not really balanced but a great novelty! Good job CCB cooplander (543) - Florida, USA - DEC 8, 2012
dark brown color, aroma of roasted malt, apple, cinnamon, same flavors as normal maduro, with apple crisp thrown in, good enjoyable brew BVery (11364) - Plymouth, Minnesota, USA - NOV 30, 2012
Tap at Cigar City. Pours like Maduro, but a big aroma and taste of apple pie and cinnamon. This is terrific. knickskicks (1168) - - OCT 18, 2012
Tap at Cigar City. Brown/dark amber pour, creamy tan head. nose is baked apple pie. Taste is spiced apple pie, caramel apple, with a better than average mouthfeel for a brown ale. I think this would hold up really well next to Funky Buddha’s Bonita Applebum. OmegaX (1383) - Florida, USA - OCT 17, 2012
Such an interesting brew. Nose is cinnamon apple jacks with tons of cinnamon spice and sweet apple aroma. Pour is marsh water brown. Off white head. The aroma would lead to a sweeter brown ale, but this one is spices up front, dry apples and oats, and a long dry finish. Not bad at all.
