Draft. Pours a murky brown with minimal off white head. Aroma is literally a straight up blueberry muffin. Bready, doughy with a residual sweetness in the nose. Taste is freaking awesomeness. Wow. I can taste the passion. Literally can taste the slightly crusty top if a muffin. laxuaca (24) - - JUN 13, 2013
muy amarga de sabor con un toque a chocolate, muy cremosa en paladar. aroma tamien muy amargo. demasiada carbonatacion, pero presta ver la espuma aguantase. markwise (5441) - North of Tampa, Florida, USA - JAN 31, 2010
Growler thanks to IBrew2or3. Pours Maduro brown with an off-white head. Everything about it is typical maduro with very subtle blueberry. The character is most apparent when Maduro neutralizes the tobacco-esque finish of Maduro. Interesting Maduro twist, but there are other Maduro treatments... steelcitybrew (454) - Orlando, Florida, USA - SEP 25, 2010
Pours a lite brown with a medium tan head. Aroma is coffee beans and roasted malts. Taste is regular maduro with blueberry notes. Palate is light mouthfeel. Overall another solid brew MeadMe (1672) - Fishhawk, Florida, USA - JAN 9, 2010
On tap at the brewery.
A: Pours a dark blackish brown hue with a nice tall creamy head. Nice retention and some lace.
S: Just the aromas of regular maduro. Chocolate and coffee mostly with hints of malty sweetness.
T: Flavor mostly regular maduro. There is a hint of earthy sweetness not found in regular maduro which must be the result of the berries. No real blueberry flavor though.
M: Medium in body, smooth slick mouthfeel.
D: Pretty good, not much different than the regular maduro.

On tap at CCB. Pours a hazy dark brown with reddish highlights and a tan head that settles slowly. Aroma is lightly roasted and malty with light notes of blueberry and familiar maduro aromas -- caramel, toffee, honey, chocolate, and light coffee. Flavor is also lightly roasted and malty with notes of coffee, chocolate, caramel, and toffee along with more subtle notes of nuts, cream, grain and smoke. Very faint berry and bluberry notes. Generally medium body with a pleasing lightly roasted malty finish. Nice beer, but the blueberries didnt come through as strong as I imagined they would. Tsotsi (178) - Florida, USA - JAN 28, 2010
Thanks to SoLan for sharing. Nice brown color with a beige head. Nose is full of dark coffee and roasty malts with a slight blueberry aroma. Flavors are sweet, full of coffee and chocolate. Get the blueberry on the finish and it does over power the beer. Mouthfeel is creamy, medium bodied. Very nice beer. gkost (1069) - Alaska, USA - FEB 6, 2010
Pours hazy brown with hints of red. Nose is roasted grain, sweet malts and vinous and sweet hints of ripe and unripe blueberry hidden away in the back end. Flavor is pretty much maduro, toasty grain, bold roast with very little trace of the fruit. Although it does come through in the end as a subtle tartness. j12601 (12982) - Poughkeepsie, New York, USA - NOV 18, 2010
On tap at the Blind Tiger during their Cigar City event. Pours a ruby and orange brown. My initial thought is “Where’s the blueberry?”. Doesn’t smell bad by any means though as there’s a lot of malt, sweet toast and oatmeal on the nose. The blueberry does slowly get over its shyness and come out a little as it warms up, but it plays more of a bit part than some of the other treatments they’ve done. Sweet toast and roast, faint blueberry, toast and nutty malt on the finish. Rciesla (5499) - Exit 15W, New Jersey, USA - DEC 15, 2010
Draft. Pours a bruin body with a tan head and light head retention. Bitter sweet up front, hints of coffee, oats, malty caramel and light sweetness. I was really looking for the blueberries they were very faint and light in the finish. I was surprised because a lot of other CCB treatments are much more prevalent. Still a good beer.
