Draft at Tap and Mallet with Erica. Pours black with a tan head. Aroma has notes of roasted malt, chocolate, caramel, molasses, coffee and berries. Taste is light to medium sweet and light sour with a long roasted, chocolate and berry sour finish. Body is full, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. Tasted better when it was cold. Bottle from my cellar because I’m trying to cut that shit out. 2011 vintage. Dark, thick black pour. Sweet nose, raisin, rum, plum. Thick, oily mouthfeel. Sweet, caramel, some toffee, dark brown sugar, fig and raisin. I like it, but its gonna be hard to finish on my own...
