Draft at Fermentation. Slightly cloudy amber pour with a small tan head. Nose is floral, piney bitterness and some Munich maltiness. Slight chewy caramel entry with a lot of bitter pine notes that follow and finish. Pretty tasty. pari6819 (55) - Florida, USA - MAR 22, 2012
I enjoy Minaret. It is a solid ESB. I find that it has some nice maltiness to it. It has hints of chocolate, carmel, toffee and wafer. There is a nice creaminess to it when delivered via Nitro. This opens it up quite a bit. BigSound (196) - New York, USA - MAR 20, 2012
Pours an amber red in color with a one inch white head.
The aroma is very well balanced. Kind of hard to describe, alittle sweet yet still hoppy.
A little malty sweetness balanced by bitter hops.
Very smooth mouth feel, medium light body with high carbonation. The finish is fairly bitter.
Very nice beer, I’m pretty sure this was my first ESB, a nice style I will be exploring a little more.
