Can given by alexsdad06. Poured clear dark amber color with an average frothy white head that mostly lasted with good lacing. Moderate earthy and toasted malt aroma. Medium body with a smooth texture and soft carbonation. Medium sweet flavor with a medium sweet finish of moderate duration. My expectations where met. alexsdad06 (10428) - Cincinnati, Ohio, USA - JAN 20, 2017
12 oz can from a friend. Pours a clear amber color with a medium sized off white head that disappeared quickly. The aroma and flavor have sweet malts, lager malts, light floral notes, some general fruit character, nothing stands out, ok. Nekronos (4175) - Xalapa, MEXICO - NOV 20, 2016
Not bad this, but without much to say about it. Simple and plain lager without much Oktoberfest in it. AdamChandler (5052) - Enfield, New Hampshire, USA - NOV 8, 2016
can via trade, burnt reddish brown. 1 finger head. Good smell. Sweet, bright, malty with pecan. dense mouthfeel, very sweet brown sugar and pecan flavor at the finish. caramel as well with nutty hops. MrHangover (4554) - Den Haag, NETHERLANDS - OCT 12, 2016
Draft @ Brewery. Pours a hazy chestnut brown beer with a fluffy white head on top. Aroma is malt on malt, loads of sugar and cookies. Flavor is sweet and malty again, thick mouthfeel. Really rich but one- dimensional and a bit dull. Still rather nice though.

Pours a clear copper-golden and a short eggshell colored head. Melon rind, pear flesh, and faint notes of toasted malt on the nose. The flavors are identical. Not a good effort. Moderately oily with just a bit of crisp carbonation. cards04 (2797) - Steinbach, Manitoba, CANADA - OCT 3, 2016
A good marzen. Don’t know what makes a marzen outstanding but this is as good as any I’ve had. Thanks Dchmela! Tart lemon and cereal aromas. All malts and sweet grains. Good. guzzler67 (1696) - Hanover, Maryland, USA - SEP 29, 2016
Deep amber appearance with an average size, fast fading white head and virtually no lacing. Muted caramel malt aroma with a faint whiff of floral hops. Flavor relies on toasted malts and residual sweetness. Aftertaste does’t contribute anything other than blandness. tgncc (3132) - Bellmore, New York, USA - SEP 23, 2016
The aroma is caramel, slight vegetable, noble hops. The appearance is clear amber, thin white head. The flavor is caramel, bread, noble, spicy hops. The finish is noble hops. Medium in body, a bit thin. More or less typical for the style. Competently brewed, not remarkable. mansquito (6437) - Nueva York, New York, USA - SEP 17, 2016
Beer Table yo go, NYC can: pours amberish with a white head. Aroma is caramel, light hoppiness. Taste is slightly hoppy. Kind of sweet. Nice and malty. Pretty good.
