Can given by alexsdad06. Poured clear dark amber color with an average frothy white head that mostly lasted with good lacing. Moderate earthy and toasted malt aroma. Medium body with a smooth texture and soft carbonation. Medium sweet flavor with a medium sweet finish of moderate duration. My expectations where met.

Draft…Clear amber lager with a small, creamy, white head. The bouquet presents a marriage of wildflower and clover honeys, peppery Euro-hops and a suggestion of caramel. Medium-bodied with a buttery mouthfeel and modest carbonation. Well-balanced for the style. Honey and caramel flavor with relatively low sweetness. Finishes hearty, malty and satisfying… yet somehow, refreshing as well.

12 oz can from a friend. Pours a clear amber color with a medium sized off white head that disappeared quickly. The aroma and flavor have sweet malts, lager malts, light floral notes, some general fruit character, nothing stands out, ok.

Tap at Crum’s in St. Pete. Clear amber pour. Thicker yellowish head. Sweet floral nose. Taste is salty and mildly vegetal with cloying sugar. Sweet broccoli and picked green beans. Sauerkraut. Not good.

3/13/12. On tap at the brewery. Clear copper pour with a small khaki head that sticks and laces in small bits. Sweet caramel aroma with touches of breadiness. Sweet, malty flavor with bits of sweet caramel, some fruitiness, and a touch of roast and marzipan in there as well. Not bad!

9/24/11. On tap. Clear burnt orange pour with a small, creamy white head. Malty aroma, a touc tart, with caramel and a bit of fruitiness. Big malty flavor as well - grainy, creamy, and caramel, with a touch of fruitiness. Very nice!
