On draft at my house.
A: Pours a nice bright copper orange with a nice tall fluffy head. Awesome retention and loads and loads of lace.
S: Wonderful aromas from this one. Sweet Peach O’s candy like aromas with hints of citrus and pine.
T: Yowzers. Wonderful rich sweet peach flavor. The peach flavors are sweet yet mildly earthy.... think peach pit and the fuzz of the peach. The regualr Jai Alai is there with notes of citrus and pine. Mild sweet caramel and wow is there peach from start to finish. Dare I say Awesome? The best CCB IPA that has passed my lips.
M: Medium in body, smooth, great carbonation from the kegerator.
D: Awesome I was gonna invite a few friends over to share this one, but I think I will keep it all to myself. I can not dream of a better beer to enjoy while sitting pool side.

On tap at the CCB Tasting Room Reopening. Pours IPA yellow-orange with a sparse, white head. Nose is caramel, malt, some citrus, and a significant peach presence. Flavor is similar with a balanced, yet sweet and fruit peach presence that augments some of the citrus character in the IPA. Finishes with lingering sweet, canned peaches. Lots of sweetness. On tap at CCB pouring crystal clear copper with gold edges and off white head. The aroma has a pleasing assertive sweet peach note that blends into chewy citrus very nicely. I then get the sense of pine and grassiness with sweet maltiness taking a supporting role in the background. The taste is kind of punchy with sweet ripe peach followed by chewy rich citrus hop flavor supported by a clean spicy hoppiness. By midway the hop bitterness murmurs to the surface providing a sense of pine and grassiness. Yes, I like this treatment. HOPSHUNTER (742) - Tampa, Florida, USA - JAN 23, 2010
Draft at grand opening of tasting room at CCB. Poured a clear, golden, orange color with an average sized white head. Nose is cirus, pine, grass, peach which comes through more as tropical fruit, and light spice. Medium body with ample carbonation and a smooth mouth feel. Flavor is basically Jai Alai base with muted notes of peachy, tropical fruit. Actually very similar to their Mango IPA. Finishes with a good amount of fresh hop bitterness. kiefdog (1826) - Tampa, Florida, USA - JAN 18, 2010

Pours orange. Nose is heavy citrus, caramel, pine and hints of peach or apricot as it warms. Flavor is citrus, sticky pine, sweet caramel, sweet fruit esters, subtle peach and apricot, orange peel. Pretty nice, easy to drink. I wish that the peach was there more.
