On draft at Hunhapu day. This animal pours a candy pink in color, with so much apple in this nose almost like apple overload backed by so much lactic tart goodness. This one is a mouth puckerer, ah the apples are so nice in this one and the tartness is very refreshing for sure. Very much like a cider beer blend to me, best apple beer I have ever had for sure. Need more more more. mlunger12 (645) - Orlando, Florida, USA - MAR 11, 2012
On tap at Hunahpu’s Day 2012. This brew was the highlight of the day. Pours cloudy, aroma of sour apples and a bit of earthy, doughiness. Mouth-puckeringly tart. Sour apples, with a nice bit of smooth wheat to balance it out on the back end. This was awesome. 50belair (3682) - Florida, USA - MAR 11, 2012
On tap at Hunahpu’s day. This berliner weisse absolutely fuckin’ rocks!! Cloudy pinkish/reddish pour with a frothy white head. Exotic citrus and apple aromas. Uber tart and refreshing with sour apple and citrus highlights. This is one acidic beer. Well balanced with a medium body, this is exactly what the heat of the day required. Seriously, this show stopper was second fiddle only to BA Dark Lord. An absolutely fantastic beer....... daknole (11402) - Scottsdale, Arizona, USA - MAR 12, 2012
BINGO! Pours a darker pinkish/brownish hue. Nice off white head. Big juicy aroma of apples, sour patch kids, and tropical fruits. Sour and juicy beer GALORE! Tons of tart apples and sour patch fruit. Damn right another one out of the park by JW! dimenhetfield (2554) - , Florida, USA - MAR 14, 2012
On draft at Cigar City Huna Day 2012. Wakefield just knows how to make incredible berliners. The man has found his nitch and has perfected it. The apples mixed with that sour kick is just heaven!!

On draft at Hunahpu Day 2012. Pours a hazy yellow with pink highlights and a big white head. Nose is tart citrus, and big tart fruit with the apples coming in politely after the tartness has stampeded through. Flavor is similar- tart as hell- and the apples sweetening after the tart brigade marches on. Amazing beer. Medium in body for a berliner, and simply outstanding at 4.5% alcohol. A flabbergasting beer. urwithdave (10) - Florida, USA - JUL 28, 2012
On tap at Hunahpu release. Nice looking brew. As soon as I smelled this, I knew it was going to be a sour one. Big tart apples that give a huge puckering effect. So freaking good. Reminds me of a green war head or apple sour patch kid. Even with the acidity and sourness, I would drink this all day.
