Poured up on tap at the CCB tasting room with clear amber body and copper hues as well as a thin white head. The aroma offers up dark fruity esters, some earthiness and roasted malts. The taste is a bit bright with hints of yeasty spice and dark fruity esters rolling into roasted malts, chocolate malts and a nice sense of earthiness. This comes together very well and with a refreshing quality too. JAF737300 (1291) - Chicago, Illinois, USA - MAY 17, 2011
Pours deep amber with nice dried fruit notes. The palate shows strong malt nuances with the effort bringing out the abv and the caremlized fruits. JaBier (8235) - Capital City, Ohio, USA - MAY 5, 2011
