From old tasting notes. Draft at Fruit in the Room. Pours a hazy golden color and topped by a thin film of off white bubbles for a head. The aroma shows notes of tropical fruit in the form of mango and pineapple along with toasted coconut over the bread malt base. The flavor follows but somewhat subdued compared to the aroma with notes of pineapple, mangos, and citrus fruit along with a hint of toasted coconut. Medium bodied with bubbly carbonation that leads to a fruity finish. Nice treatment of the base beer, and very easy to drink. hopscotch (11045) - Vero Beach, Florida, USA - SEP 12, 2011
Draft… CCB Fruit in the Room 2011… Cloudy, straw-colored ale with a small, creamy, white head. Smells like a Pina Colado with only a whisper of coriander. Medium-bodied with a milky mouthfeel and prickly carbonation. Very well-balanced – not sweet; not bitter. Nuances of pineapple and coconut in a pale ale body. Finishes crisp and fruity. This beer comes up just short of rocking. It power-ballads! dchmela (3062) - Orlando, Florida, USA - AUG 28, 2011
On tap at Fruit in the Room 2011. Hazy light gold pour. Nice coconut and lime aroma. Lots more of lime and coconut coming through in the taste and getting bigger as it warms. Tasty version of the white ale. markwise (5441) - North of Tampa, Florida, USA - AUG 23, 2011
On draft at Cigar City for Fruit in the Room 2011. Pours a slightly hazy yellow with almost no white head. Nose is coconut, pineapple, slight citrus, and mango/ light fruit. Flavor is somewhat mild for the nose: pineapple, coconut, and hints of light fruit with bits of yeast. burg326 (5479) - Florida, USA - AUG 21, 2011
Fruit in the room pour that was a nice light yellow with little head on the pour. Aromas of coconut suntan loation, screams tropical island for the aroma. Taste however was not as good as aroma, you get pineapple, coconut, mango, but they were not as stong as I was hoping for.

Fruit in the Room 2011. Nose is big on coconuts and some tropical fruits, mainly pineapple and mango. Some spicy notes from the yeast coming through but not overbearingly so. Nice and light yellow colored with thin white head. Flavor is smooth and fresh with coconut pineapple and spice. Good stuff.
