From old tasting notes. On tap at Fruit in the Room. Pours a cloudy and deep red color with a pink hue at the edges and topped by a small head of white foam. The aroma shows notes of fresh sweet and tart raspberries, hay, bready malts, Blegian yeast and esters from the saison base. The flavor follows with the bready malts, hay, and earthy grains from the Saison up front to go with the sweet and tart raspberries on the back end. The raspberries just add a nice later of fruitiness without overpowering the base beer. Medium bodied with balanced carbonation that leads to a lengthy, dry and tart finish. Easy drinking and refreshing. Really nice stuff. Ratman197 (14698) - Arvada, Colorado, USA - OCT 18, 2012
On tap at Hops and Pie poured a clear garnet with a lasting pink head. Aromas of raspberry, cookie and light spice. Palate was light bodied and crisp with a dry finish. Flavors of raspberry, bread and light spice with a crisp dry finish. onceblind (9442) - Denver, Colorado, USA - OCT 12, 2012
Funky murky raspberry-pink/reddish hue with a light off-pink head. Nose is very sweet with raspberry tones with a very light hay tone. The flavor is a little light bodied by with a nice assertive flavor. Unfortunately, all I get is light raspberry juice with a subtle beery yeasty finish. Pretty ’meh’. The kind of beer you offer your girlfriend. wchesser (2072) - Denver, Colorado, USA - OCT 12, 2012
Reddish mahogony with light head. Lots of tart raspberries on the nose and not much else. Same on the taste...nothing saying ’saison’ here, but it’s a nice dry raspberry fruit beer. Maverick34 (3212) - New York, USA - AUG 25, 2012
Draught from brouwerij lane. Pours shiny. Yeast florak and etcetera. Ok but not amazing.

Draft at Tap 42. Raspberry red, warm haze, but no head, served very cold. Astringent fruit aroma, more than just raspberry, has some guava, and rose wine. Low carbonation. Goes down easy, light body, lots of dry raspberry, so not jammy. Finishes like a fruit wine. More a straight fruit beer than a saison, but good.

Draft @ Tap 42. Dull amber, no head. Lots of raspberry on the nise and not a whole lot else. Tart and wheaty, light abd with a fair bit of fruit character. Decent fruit beer, but to be picky not a lot of saison elements. corby112 (2804) - philadelphia, Pennsylvania, USA - JUN 14, 2012
Draft at Cigar City during Hunahpu Day 2012.
Pours a bright blood red color with a half finger pink head that slowly settles into a lasting ring. Sporadic streaks of lace left behind.
Huge raspberry aroma thats bursting with a ton of organic fruit sweetness along with some subtle funk. One of the most fruit forward smelling beers I’ve come across. Unfortunately, this makes it a bit one dimensional. Smells good but could use more saison character.
Medium bodied with subtle tart funk followed by raspberry sweetness. Nice juicy raspberry sweetness without becoming cloying or overbearing Nice balance of tart, sweet fruit and funky saison yeast with a dry finish. pantanap (3366) - Chicago, Illinois, USA - MAR 21, 2012
Raspberry Saison served on tap at HD2012.... pours a little like pink lemonade, a little hazy and topped with a thin creamy white to off-white head... aroma of earthy raspberry essence with a forgiving level of belgian yeast esthers. nice...flavors follow suit. decent fruit backbone and goes along well with the base beer. easy drinking in the sun.

On draft at Cigar City Huna Day 2012. Very much like the regular table saison just with that special raspberry kick, should be a no brainer. It’s a great combo and very refreshing.
