On draft at CCB pours a brown color with aromas of summer sausage, malt and light caramel. Flavors are smoked meat, light caramel and some malt. I am not a fan of the smoked meat aspect in beer but this was one of the better smoked beers I have had. OmegaX (1374) - Florida, USA - FEB 9, 2013
On tap at the brewery. Nose is big smoked meat, beef jerky, some caramel malt, and summer sausage. Pours dark brown with an off white head. Flavor is big smoked brisket up front with some caramel and grainy malts on the finish. Good stuff.
