Draft... This beer rocks!… Pours cloudy and dark brown with a small, fizzy, off white head. Fantastic retention. Doesn’t smell like a s’more, but the bouquet is a decadent collection of chocolate, vanilla and appropriate dashes of spice-rack ginger and cinnamon. Full-bodied with a lightly creamy mouthfeel and airy carbonation. The flavor is a seamless intermingling of vanilla, spice-rack niceties and cocoa. Finishes a touch tangy and spicy. Leaves a rooty sassafras aftertaste. Another world class treatment from the nutty professors at CCB! burg326 (5621) - Florida, USA - DEC 29, 2012
On draft at Cigar City, poured a murky brown color with aromas of graham cracker, light chocolate, marshmallow, and some light popcorn. Flavors are the same, with a light popcorn aftertaste. The graham cracker flavor is a little intense but blended nicely with the chocolate and marshmallow. rbrazell (1763) - Florida, USA - MAR 11, 2013
Draft at Hunaphu Day. Brown pur with a small bubbly white head. Nose is pretty much what you would think, I would also call it brown sugar Pop Tarts with hints of vanilla. Flavor is spicy graham crackers, nuts, vanilla and cinnamon. Pretty tasty beer. mixmasterob (1060) - Atlanta, Georgia, USA - MAR 9, 2013
Hunahpus day. Brown pour with no head. Aroma was big time vanilla with light notes of chocolate and smoke. The flavors just didn't hold up. Vanilla sweetness, good touch of cinnamon with light smoke and cocoa. Thin body. Had one and wouldn't worry about getting another. Chipalsa (1310) - Florida, USA - MAR 9, 2013
Happy to have tried this beer on Hunahpu Day 2013. The pour was a yeast-cloudy brown with not much of a head. It smelled like honey graham crackers and vanilla, very little chocolate overall. It tasted nutty and had more pronounced chocolate as it warmed up with dry graham cracker hidden about. The finish had hints of marshmallow and cinnamon making for an overall interesting brew. I’d say it’s great but just not quite smores.

Murky brown pour mud water. Aroma of super sweet marshmello graham crackers and chocolate. Thinner than I wanted. Taste has plenty to be desired. But still good. Crazy good aroma. Chocolate taste. jcartamdg (3539) - Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, USA - MAR 9, 2013
Pours a hazy milky brown with no head. Aroma of cinnamon, ginger and nutmeg. Taste follows. Good brown not really tasting like s'mores.

Brown pour, tan head. This one sure smelled the part. But it tasted like smores and an odd vegetal note. Something artificial and not all so great. Damn. dimenhetfield (2554) - , Florida, USA - MAR 11, 2013
On draft at CCB for Huna Day. The long and short of this beer is that it smelled better then it tasted. The aroma was spot on S’mores but the flavor was just meh.
