On draft at Hunahpu Day 2012. Pours orange-amber with a white head. Nose is malt, citrus, and a hint of spices like cumin, red pepper, and maybe some cayenne or chili peppers. Flavor is similar with some subdued spices. Not as potent as Chipotlai or Smokeabaga, but definite spice knowledge. daknole (11050) - Scottsdale, Arizona, USA - MAR 12, 2012
Gold pour, white head. Aroma of hops and nice southwest spices. Flavor follows suit. Quite unique, the cumin is the prevalent spice note that I taste. Cool brew!
