Use this little morsel to hydrate with. Stupid drinkable, nice taste, very pleasing. Drink a liter then go work in the fields. BückDich (5477) - McCall, Idaho, USA - APR 26, 2011
Tap @ Cigar City: Pours a misty yellow color with a light white head. The nose is nice and peppery with the usual saison aroma; clean pilsner malts and fresh spicy yeast. The flavor is amplified with a big wheat inspired mouthfeel and a spicy finish. Nice saison. steelcitybrew (454) - Orlando, Florida, USA - APR 10, 2011

Tap @ CCB. Slightly hazy golden color with a small white head. Nose is slightly fruity with notes of peach and apple, light grain, spicy yeast, and soft funk. Medium to light body with a crisp mouth feel and good carbonation. Flavor is balanced between fruity citrus and peach esters, clove spiciness, grainy malt, and mild funk, clean fermentation. Finishes earthy with a restrained tartness. Highly drinkable. drowland (9053) - Georgia, USA - DEC 8, 2010
12/7/10. On tap at the brewery. Spicy and funky aroma with a nice slightly tart saison flavor. Delish! markwise (5450) - North of Tampa, Florida, USA - DEC 8, 2010
On draft at the much-disputed Tasting Room. Pours a slightly-hazy (almost clear) yellow gold with a frothy white head. Nose is some malt, citrus, a small bit of brett, and a George-Clinton-turned-down amount of funk. Flavor is superb: mild malt presence, mild citrus presence, slight brett, and perfectly balanced saisonness. Please bottle this! Very enjoyable and simply outstanding- a small ABV and huge amount of flavor packed into this beer. dchmela (3078) - Orlando, Florida, USA - DEC 6, 2010
Light golden pour with a thin white head. Fruity, slightly tart, Belgian yeast aroma. Has a nice light body, some light fruit notes, touches of spices in the taste. Easy going session Saison and it quickly became my wife’s favorite CCB beer. kbutler1 (1382) - Minnesota, USA - DEC 5, 2010
UPDATED: DEC 6, 2010 Draft. Pours a slightly hazed yellow color wih a snow white head. Nice lace left on the glass as the head settles. Aroma is banana and clove and slightly sweet. The taste has a nice citrus lemon quality along with the Belgian notes of banana and clove. Some minimal hop bite to it. Light/medium mouthfeel. This is a really nice drinking beer being well balanced and not too high abv where you can enjoy it all day.
