Pours a pale golden color with a fluffy white head. Nose is lemon peel, light spice, dough and barnyard yeasts. Flavor is pale malts, lemon peel and yeasts. Very refreshing, dry finish and sessionable beer.

On tap at the source... Pours a semi-hazy golden hued consistency and topped with a creamy white lingering head... Clean citrus and fruity yeast character with a touch of grass coming in late... Flavors are a continuation along a similar wavelength with more of a firm grassy bitterness. Crackery pale malt to balance things out...Lighter bodied with a medium level of carbonation. Really sessionable with enough of a flavor profile to provide character.

Draft. Pours golden orange with a white head. Flowery aroma with some light spices and light funky notes. The flavor has floral notes, light spicy yeast, low sweetness, and a nice dry sweetness. Well balanced and incredibly drinkable.

Looks great. Solid aromas of yeast and a little funk. Great mouthfeel. Nice saison style, no surprises here.

Growler. Just filled today. Golden colored with a white head on top. The aroma shows a lot of citrus rind; lemon, oranges, mango. Mild funk and light grassy notes mix in. Super clean stuff; refreshing as hell and light-bodied. Crisp and dry on the palate; I’m almost ready to drink a sip the second I have finished the previous one. The flavor nearly mirrors the aroma with some light dust and grassy notes mixing in with a dominant fresh citrus taste, consisting of orange peel, lemon, and perhaps peach. More citrus rind that was prominent in the aroma shows here too, with an herbal character that gives this a touch of bitterness. I could drink a lot of this stuff. Extremely easy drinking, light in the body and in flavor, but not thin or lacking. Excellent.

On tap. Hmm. The body was a very hazy yellow with a hint of a head. Aromas were bready and tangy; lots of citrus and a mellow malty aroma as well. The taste was perfectly session-able, LOTS of grapefruit and sweet orange. These flavors paired perfectly with the sourdough bread undertone. Loved this one.

Gyllengul lätt dimmig öl. Vitt skum. Doftar av blommor, citrus och örter. Detta går igen i smaken, Något tunn kropp men bra smaker.

A Mes rate. Tap at Blind Tiger.
Hazy lemon yellow with a decent bright white head. Good fruity aroma but with a slight hint of vegetables. Straight down the line light saison. Very zesty. A little bit thin and lifeless. Would benefit a great deal for being cask conditioned. Nice beer but uneventful.
