Draft... Clear copper pour with a small, tight, nearly-white head. Excellent retention. The bouquet consists of a substantial measure of amber, medium-roast caramely malts, evergreen and a hint of pink grapefruit. Full-bodied with a skim-milk mouthfeel and buzzing. Overall, this brew trends toward the sweet and toasty side of balance. The hops are flavorful - citrus and pine, but are short on actual bitterness. Toasty-sweet, caramelized finish. Nice. burg326 (5613) - Florida, USA - MAR 30, 2014
Poured an amber color with aromas of light caramel, citrus, some toast and some hops. Flavors were the same it reminded me of a tocabago but with some more hops. A solid beer and enjoyable. daknole (11402) - Scottsdale, Arizona, USA - JUL 5, 2013

On tap at Funky Buddha Boca. Pours amber with a tan head and hoppy, citrus aroma. Taste is of fresh hops, citrus, and light floral notes with a bitter finish. A nice take on the amber ale, hoppy throughout jjgmd (2264) - Coral Springs, Florida, USA - JUN 7, 2013

Longest beer name ever and it's well worth the trouble. The color is very dark for an ipa. The flavor is very balanced between red and ipa.

Not everything I wanted. Deep amber pour with light tab head. Nose is soapy? Hoppy and medium malty. Mostly soap and malt I suppose. Flavor is more caramel malts and hops with a decent blend. Not too much caramel sweetness covered with hops. DialSquare (5142) - Columbus, Ohio, USA - MAY 22, 2013
On tap at Proof. Sparse note: copper pour. grain, citrus hops, toasty malt, pine, grapefruit. ok 3.3 Chipalsa (1310) - Florida, USA - MAY 12, 2013
This was a pretty hoppy amber ale, tons of hops and light bready tones in the aroma. It tasted fruity with fresh citrus, dry hops and caramel malt. Definitely a hop bomb, but otherwise very well balanced. rbrazell (1763) - Florida, USA - MAY 11, 2013
Draft at Proof. Deep amber pour with a small tan head. Aroma is citrusy and piney hops with toasted bread and caramel malts. Taste is pretty similar with a medium body and bitter finish. Not bad.
