Bottle shared by bhensonb. Pours piss yellow with a fluffy white head and a floral fruity aroma. There is a dry wheat flavor with some slightly sour fruit. Sticks to the palate and is very refreshing. Ibrew2or3 (8614) - Tempe, Arizona, USA - SEP 18, 2012
750mL bottle pours clear gold with near white head of foam. The aroma offers up a nice load of nearly vibrant, for the style, hoppiness and earthy green leaf notes. Smells yummy. The taste is firmly hop forward, again for the style, with a pleasing mix of lemon, lime and grapefruit all tempered by mild levels of malts, grainy malts, a bit of cereal and wheat. Great hot weather brew and I love the hop forward aspect as it increases the sessionability of it. Pawola22 (3262) - Woodridge, Illinois, USA - SEP 3, 2012
750ml bottle from smith4498, thanks Jason! Pours a cloudy golden-orange colored body with an inch thick, dense, frothy and foamy, white head that dissipates slowly and leaves a nice lacing. Good looking beer. Aroma is pretty crisp wheats with a light bready sweetness, a light grass, and a light citrus lemon, tropical fruit, and melon. Flavor is similar. Light lemon-grass up front before a crisp wheat comes in with some graininess and a touch of bready sweetness. A few grassy tropical fruits and a light melon note before this finishes crisp, clean, and dry with a medium bitterness before leaving a medium length aftertaste. Medium-light body and a somewhat lively, crisp, moderate carbonation. Overall, a somewhat hopped up wheat ale with a light fruity note and a grassy bitterness. Clean and crisp wheats with a refreshing carbonation. Nothing special, but enjoyable. Aniela (4216) - Göteborg, SWEDEN - AUG 14, 2012

750ml from the brewery. Pale yellow pour with a thick white head. Musty, wheat and citrus hop aroma. Smooth crisp malt body with an earthy citrus hop bite in the taste. Refreshing, yet complex beer.

750ml picked up at the brewery.
Pours a slightly cloudy, pale golden yellow color with a two finger frothy white head that slowly settles into a lasting ring. Chunks of soapy lacing left behind.
Zesty, spicy aroma with lots of pepper, coriander and clove along with some bready yeast and a strong citrus presence. I’m picking up some subtle banana character but it’s overpowered by the prominent lemon zest. Nice balance of yeast, fruit and spice.
Medium bodied and a bit fuller than expected for the style. List of bready yeast adding fullness to the palate and another dimension of flavor. Strong peppery spice presence with lots of peppery clove countered by lemon peel and other citrus zest. The citrus flavor isn’t as strong as the aroma suggests so the bread and spice flavors really dominate. Could use some more sweetness for balance but it’s still refreshing and decently drinkable.
