Tap @ Rattle N Hum. Poured a hazed brown color. The coriander was big. Fairly citrus and floral aroma with a caramel malty base. Big coriander spice flavor that covers most of the malt and its sweetness. The spice helps give balance but then almost goes too much the other way. Medium to full bodied and warming. puzzl (3264) - New York, New York, USA - MAR 7, 2010
Tap at Rattle’n’Hum. I should have stopped before I hit the flight of 10% Winter Warmers after 12 other CCB beers, but I did not. Big, spicy, herbal aroma, with toast, lemon, vanilla. Full, brandy-forward flavor, wort, caramel, cookie. Spicing is mild and complimentary. PilsnerPeter (3049) - Flushing, New York, USA - FEB 28, 2010
Tap at Rattle n Hum: Muddy purple pour with a fading head. Bright coriander dominates the aroma. Has a sweet floral note as well. A touch plasticy (probably phenols) and a touch of toffee-like maltose. Slick body. The flavor is toffeeish and honey like in it’s richness. The coriander brightens up the high gravity body. A bit oily, one dimensional. malrubius (3042) - Springfield, Vermont, USA - FEB 26, 2010

Very sweet and malty. Rich grain flavor with a bit of tang and spiciness (provided by the coriander, no doubt). A little sour-sweet juiciness. Good, but a little too sweet for me to really love it.
