Very sweet and malty. Rich grain flavor with a bit of tang and spiciness (provided by the coriander, no doubt). A little sour-sweet juiciness. Good, but a little too sweet for me to really love it. zdk (1917) - New York, New York, USA - FEB 21, 2010

Tap at Rattle’n’Hum. I should have stopped before I hit the flight of 10% Winter Warmers after 12 other CCB beers, but I did not. Big, spicy, herbal aroma, with toast, lemon, vanilla. Full, brandy-forward flavor, wort, caramel, cookie. Spicing is mild and complimentary. vtafro (7445) - Wayne, New Jersey, USA - MAY 5, 2010
Draft. Brown pour with some light head. Coriander and citrus drive the aroma. Flavor is citrus, coriander, hops and spices, perhaps over spiced and some light warming.

Tap at Rattle n Hum: Muddy purple pour with a fading head. Bright coriander dominates the aroma. Has a sweet floral note as well. A touch plasticy (probably phenols) and a touch of toffee-like maltose. Slick body. The flavor is toffeeish and honey like in it’s richness. The coriander brightens up the high gravity body. A bit oily, one dimensional. Dickinsonbeer (5074) - Hoboken, New Jersey, USA - JAN 7, 2011

Astringent in the end.
