Tap at RnH. Pours extreme hazed- muddy water - yeasty bomb- no head. Aroma is coriander bomb- orange spices, salt, earthy dust, caramel malts, toast, toffee, spice balls and perfume with grass. Flavor is orange zest, cedar, coriander seeds, spice, pepper, fruity bubble gum, earth, spruce needles, muddy yeast, dough, grass, overkill on the citrusy orange coriander mixes excessively with cedar oil. Astringent in the end. JoeMcPhee (9519) - Toronto, ON, Ontario, CANADA - JUN 10, 2010

Draft. Brown pour with some light head. Coriander and citrus drive the aroma. Flavor is citrus, coriander, hops and spices, perhaps over spiced and some light warming. jredmond (8518) - New York, New York, USA - MAR 30, 2010
Draft at rattle n hum at cigar city event. One of the final brews of the evening. Very delicious with notes of orange zest and coriander, another brew I couldn’t believe was +10%. Beerapprentice (208) - Doylestown, Pennsylvania, USA - MAR 29, 2010

Tap at Rattle’n’Hum. I should have stopped before I hit the flight of 10% Winter Warmers after 12 other CCB beers, but I did not. Big, spicy, herbal aroma, with toast, lemon, vanilla. Full, brandy-forward flavor, wort, caramel, cookie. Spicing is mild and complimentary. dmac (6438) - Toms River, New Jersey, USA - MAR 5, 2010
Draft at the CCB event at Rattle n Hum. Poured a very ugly mudy brown body that looks like it was poured out of a dump bucket at the end of a tasting. The aroma was nicely complex with notes of perfume, flowers, coriander, syrup, honey, citrus rind all coming together in a cloying sweet aromatic enigma. Medium bodied with small bubbly carbonation and a slight touch of alcohol heat. The flavor is much like the aroma with lots going on....citrus fruit, especially tangerine, honey, perfume, lavender, coriander, wood and grains. Very nice beer and the coriander was not over the top like most winter warmers but more appropriately used as a complimentary aroma/flavor. ben4321 (6678) - Hoboken, New Jersey, USA - MAR 5, 2010

Aroma: Coriander is quite noticeable, spice, caramel, citrus, raisin
Appearance: Mahogany-brown color, off-white head
Flavor: Lots of coriander and spice, more citrus hoppy then the regular
Palate: Creamy and smooth, mild alcohol burn
This was pretty cool. I tried the regular WWWW first, and then moved on to this one and the Humidor on my next trip to RnH. You can definitely feel the difference that the coriander brings to this one. Pretty good stuff. Quite different then the regular, but the score comes out similarly.
Tap at Rattle n Hum. Poured a cloudy dark tan. Nose is coriander and other interesting spices. A bit sweet fairly spicy and fruity. Some big bitter notes in the finish. Another interesting beer from ccb. PilsnerPeter (3050) - Flushing, New York, USA - FEB 28, 2010
Tap at Rattle n Hum: Muddy purple pour with a fading head. Bright coriander dominates the aroma. Has a sweet floral note as well. A touch plasticy (probably phenols) and a touch of toffee-like maltose. Slick body. The flavor is toffeeish and honey like in it’s richness. The coriander brightens up the high gravity body. A bit oily, one dimensional.
