Taste has notes of tropical fruits, dill, caramel, resin HuskerTan (2322) - Ravenna, Nebraska, USA - MAY 10, 2017
A- Dill, oak, citrus, pine.
A- Golden orange color, clear liquid, off white head.
T- Dill, oak, floral, mild bitterness.
P- Medium body, average texture, average carbonation, slightly bitter finish.
O- The oak aging definitely does bring out a lot of wood and dill flavor. Not bad but a bit different. Not sure if I like it better than the regular Jai Alai or not. ordybill (1815) - Douglasville, Georgia, USA - APR 29, 2017
Poured from the tap into a pint glass at the Crystal Beer Palace in Savannah. The appearance is a deep gold color with a medium sized white head. The aroma is full of fruit, hops and some oak. The taste is big on fruit with a noticeable touch of oak. radio_nowhere (1472) - Maryland, USA - APR 16, 2017
Can into tulip glass, hazy copper-golden color with light tan head. Aroma notes of fruity citrus hops, oak and caramel malt sweetness. Taste adds grapefruit, wood, vanilla, some apricot and dill. Medium body, low-moderate carbonation, dry, tad sticky with bitter woody citrus finish. Like taking the regular to a woodier next level, very nice. strap (944) - Sindelfingen, GERMANY - APR 8, 2017
Drank after a grueling 33k trail run, and it hit the spot. Nice bite of hops. Crisp and dry. Light citrus flavor on the finish

Sweet piney aroma. Pours a light orange amber with a thick bright white head that coats the glass as it fades. Resin. Earthy. Smooth. Hard candy. Sharp finish. Really good.

Orange to red pour with a single finger head with lace present. Aroma is fruity, also a bit of wood. Taste is nice, fruit, mostly grapefruit and hints of vanilla and oak. Lingering bitterness. Really great beer, nice take on regular Jai Alai, which is great already. Medium bodied. darkguardian (733) - Florida, USA - MAR 10, 2017
Not my style but as an ipa this is pretty solid. Big west coast ipa nose with passion fruit and vanilla. Noticeable woody note. Flavor is not overly bitter but balanced with citrus hops, vanilla and wood. Light palate and easy drinking. Finishes clean with light astringency. Very nice ipa Fukito (1059) - Santiago, CHILE - MAR 9, 2017
Deep golden with a medium white head. Same tropical fruits in the nose than regular jai alai. Only difference is some slight phenolic flavor and minor astringency on the palate. Prefers the plain vanilla version Turboninja (805) - Tampere, FINLAND - MAR 6, 2017
, NYC, USA. Balanced and distinctive with some Indian style spices. Malty and nicely strong backbone.
