COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This is an American White Oak-aged version of Jai Alai India Pale Ale. The white oak adds smoothing notes of vanilla and slight hints of dill to the aroma and flavor profile. The finish is elegantly dry due to the light tannin notes from oak aging and though still loaded with hop flavor, hop bitterness is more restrained.

[email protected] May 2017, Copenhagen - hazy amber coloured pour with white head. Aroma and taste is a mix of tropical and citrus fruits, hoppy and malty, some caramel, tangerine, grapefruit, citrus peel, pine needles, some oaked wooden nuances, hoppy bitter finish.

From tap. Cloudy yellow orange with a thin white head. The nose is grapefruit, oak, caramel, oranges. Flavors are similar with vanilla, oak, lots of hoppy goodness. Medium, dry finish.

Pours a deep orange-amber into the glass, with a soapy thick head that leaves soap lacing. The nose is woody, with a large note of dill spice. Flavors follow suit, with the oak providing a nice vanilla essence, backed by a huge dill spice finish. For those familiar with the "Jai Alai" series, only the best IPA citrus, floral and herbal bitters abound, with nice pale malt accents throughout. But the addition of white oak aging introduces very interesting and accepted complex intricacies.... containing mild vanilla and huge dill spice notes. The mouthfeel is slick, with a medium-body, decently semi-soft carbonation and smooth palate. Normally, I would never have thought that a combination of a top-tier IPA, vanilla bean and dill would’ve gone together so well-integrated... but I’m proud to have been proven wrong! Very, very nice take on this brew!

12 oz bottle poured into IPA glass. Pretty orange-brown color with a medium white head. Aroma of pineapple and citrus. Taste is pine and citrus with a hint of wood and a bitter finish. A velvety mouthfeel compared to the original Jai Alai. Surely from the oak aging. Tasty ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

From tap. Almost clear orange color with off white head. Hoppy and malty aroma, grass, floral, light pine, light spicy, caramel, wood. Sweet and bitter taste. Medium oily body with soft carbonation.

Delicious IPA, hitting all the citric-pine hop notes of original Jai Alai but rounding them out into smooth harmony. Orange and mango lurk on the periphery, while a mildly sweet middle adds creamy caramel and biscuit notes. Vanilla underlines everything, and the finish grows woodsy and herbal, with (like the description says) dill popping up as well. Perfect pour, a gorgeous gold with a permanent top of thick white foam and lacing for days. Oak-tinged herbal nose with hints of citrus. Smooth texture, creamy and luscious. Killer beer here.
