Once again thanks to tastybeer for the southern surprise. Another twist on Jai Alai works well. The white oak here doesn’t overwhelm the base beer; in fact it works to improve an already world class product.
Aroma / Appearance - Idle carbonation takes it time escaping the confines of the shaker glass. A bronze base is warm and inviting. White pine, orange glo, and polished maple remind me of a Christmas tree lot in December. Background aspects of mango and pineapple add even more depth.
Flavor / Palate - A warmth from roses, wood, and orange jam provides a welcoming start. Transitioning to a robust vanilla center it tastes a bit like cream cheese. The bitter finish warms the throat and fills the stomach. I could see drinking a bottle or two and calling it a night after a day at work.
(Tap) clear bright orange colour with a small white head; aroma of tropical fruit; balanced flavour with a long, light bitter finish; creamy palate Klimaet (3088) - Aarhus N, DENMARK - DEC 17, 2017

Keg Tap at the Brewery Tap visited 01/05/17. Clear gold poured with white head. Classic Jai Alai but with hints of vanilla to smooth the hoppyness. Nice style. jinroh (2462) - ESTONIA - DEC 16, 2017
Can. Orange pour, some white foam on top. Tropical nose of the overripe quality. Taste has some hoppy-grassy honey, beewax and apple jam . Hops faded a bit. Vanilla there, maybe a bit of coconut also. Floral. Finish has dry grassy bitterness, relatively harh bitterness actually. Good but maybe not the best idea to age IPAs. Hazy amber color. Big frothy white head. The nose stinks of white chocolate vanilla chips that my grandma made for cookies. Big malt backbone with tons of oak and vanilla chocolate chips. Very smooth. Excellent lingering huge oak and vanilla finish

Golden beer with a fluffy off white head. Big hoppy nose with some wet oak notes. This is a really nice juicy IPA. Lots of stone fruit and citrus over sweet malt with a long dry woody finish. SpringsLicker (3685) - Tennessee, USA - NOV 5, 2017

12 oz. canned 05/09/2017. Mostly clear, orange-amber with a sticky disc of foam. Mild aroma is orange zest, bread, vanilla and a touch of white pepper. The flavor is stronger with some caramel, black pepper, mocha, toasted nut, vanilla and hearty wood. Medium bodied with almost-medium carbonation and a nice little dry bias.
