Beer pours dark golden with a relatively small white head that completely dissipates. Aroma is sweet with notes of honey, pear, and a little yeast. Flavor is initially spicy and the finish is fruity and clean. Good, repeatable, not great belgian strong.

Light, refreshing, and very pleasant. Just like the French people as a whole, only completely different. This reminds me of a Belgian, only not as dry and with more flavor than most. Pours a golden straw color with some chill haze that goes away as the beer warms. Smells very fruity. Very Belgian in the scent. There's some hints of cinnamon and other light spices. Tastes good. Apricot is the most obvious flavor. It's rather spicy. The flavors become more complex as the beer gets warmer. Mouthfeel is full without too much carbonation. Drinkability rates very high because it's not overly sweet, not too carbonated, and it's quite refreshing. I could easily have several of these.

Pale yellow hazy beer with white head. Spicy tea-like aroma with sweet fruity tones. Hints of citrus, smoke and bread. Notable acidity. Spicy tea flavour with stony and almondy tones and notes of wood, cardamon, wheat, hops and cirus. Peppery finish. The best french beer Ive had so far.

UPDATED: OCT 12, 2004 Golden and very hazy with large white foamy head. Awesome fruity aroma of sweet pineapples, apricot, pears and lemon. Nice!!! Fruity and smooth flavour of orange, sweet citrus, pineapples with some yeast. Alcohol is very well-hidden. Long fruity finish. This one will kill you...maybe not.

Dark amber biere with a biere de garde style head, and a sweet syrup like aroma. A very syrupy flavour similar to that of a barley wine. A nice malty barley wine style beer.
