A truly beautiful blonde. Born of a sensual blending of the German Mai Bock style and a laid-back and easy drinking American Blonde Ale. The complex and delicate melding of rich, flavorful Munich malt and the lightest flowering of hops make this already attractive brew a blonde you’ll always want to pick up and rarely be without.

On tap at the Black Star. Pale yellow pour with a frothy white head. Sweet, bready malts. Lively carbonation. Hops are subtle and citrusy. Drinkable but thin.

Got it in the CAN. Golden brew with small fast fading head and a grainy aroma. Taste is grains, hay, blah. Thin not very enjoyable ale.

ttoadee (1491) - Austin, Texas, USA - JUN 24, 2016
At source. Light gold pour, small white head. Nose was malt. Leans touch bitter. Middle was light kilned malt, hint of yeast. Finish is more of the same, OK.

Smell is almost non-existent. Light malt. Light yellow pee yellow color. Taste is light and grainy with slightly sweet flavour. Easy to drink, basic blonde ale. Wife says it tastes like refreshing liquid bread. Thumbs up because she loves carbs!

djd07 (14469) - Houston, Texas, USA - MAY 14, 2012
On tap at Texas Beerfest. Pours a cloudy orange gold with a small white head. The aroma is honey and wheat. Thin mouthfeel with a citrus and wheat flavor. Easy to drink a decent heller bock from Circle.

kidmartinek (4999) - austin, Texas, USA - APR 5, 2012
Deep golden color, trans... but a little hazy. The aroma comes off cool and I really can’t smell anything save a little cereal grain sweet wih sugars. Tastes like you should be on the Guadalupe river with true friends. Leave that phony guy off the invite list. The taste has all the German malt pilneress it should and in a good way. Fortunately the flavor is less sweet than the aroma. Very carbonated bite, fizzy and bubbly. Malty with straw. :he hops fight for recognition. Who loves barley at Circle? Well it is an Heller Bock afterall, yes... "an" Heller. Prosit!

Fratto (2845) - Arlington, Texas, USA - AUG 15, 2011
On tap at the Highball in Austin. Light pour with a white head. Aroma is light citrus and grain. Not much there, but certainly pleasant. Taste is lightly toasted, very bready, and some dirty hop spice. Nice finish.
