COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Blur is a unique blend of traditional Bavarian styling with a little Texan ingenuity. This Texas twist on the German wheat beer brings a hint of caramel to a crisp and refreshing style. The citrus aroma plays off the light and creamy body to create a beer that has no rival whether you enjoy it in the sun or in the shade. IBU: 12.2

Murky brown, malty with nice even hops that have mild sweet bitterness from beginning to end. Would make a good IPA session beer if you want to drink a lot.

Got it in the CAN. Hazy gold with decent head and the smell of wheat and spice. Pretty much a typical Hefeweizen but not really standing out among others I have had. Seems to lack something to make me say I want more.

Tap at Banger’s, Austin. Hazy orange color, decent off-white head. Sweet banana, clove in the nose. Light-bodied. Light riped banana, estery. Not much else. Decent hefeweizen for its abv.

Pretty clear pour for a hefe. Still has that banana and bubblegum. Half decent.

ttoadee (1492) - Austin, Texas, USA - JUN 5, 2016
Light amber pour, quick off white head. Nose is banana. Little sweet. Middle is soft fruit, medium wheat and malt. Finish has light sweetness.

Draft at Hofbrau. Cloudy orangish with a thin white head. Orange and banana. Sweet with a citrus finish. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Bottle pour fairly clear avg gold with thin white head. Nose big banana like most of the Texas hefes with some clove and sweeter malt. Taste similar to nose with banana predominant.

baraciisch (3239) - California, USA - OCT 22, 2015
Hazy yellow in color... Aroma is wheat malts, flavor is crisp and refreshing, nice hefeweizen... Nothing terribly exciting but the style is fairly boring ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Tap at some bar on Rainey St, Austin. Decent Hefe, bright fruit flavors with some caramelly malts. Easy going.

strt from bottle; stupid name for brewery isn’t it? not much aroma to me. Taste was fine - wheat was prevalent but there was some hefe influences - spice, citrus, maybe banana - would work on hot day

Pour is cloudy wheat gold with a thin white head. Aroma of citrus and wheat but mellow. Better than blue moon by far.
