COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Named after our three tanks that were tragically lost to the depths of the Pacific, Hop Overboard is a pale ale with West Coast beginnings. Overflowing with hop flavor and aroma, this pale lives up to its name and then some. Munich and caramel malt sweetness counterbalances the hop excess to a remarkable degree of harmony. Not overly bitter, this pale has everything you want ... just don’t go too overboard. IBU: 45.6

On tap at Craft Pride. Pours a cloudy orange with thick frothy white head leaving sticky lacing. The aroma is citrus, pine, and floral hop. Thin mouth, tropical fruit, nice hop bite, light bitterness, very good.

Poured a clear orange amber with a small lasting ivory head. Aromas of bread, orange zest and light pink grapefruit. Palate was medium bodied and smooth with a dry finish. Flavors of bread, orange, grapefruit and light earthiness with a smooth dry lingering bitter citrus finish.

Slightly hazy copper with a very thin white head. Faint aroma with some herbal floral hops. Flavor of the same. Herbal bitterness and herbal, dry flavors. A bit of old world earthy hop tones. Meh.

Tap. The look is golden orange in color, beige colored head, and clear. The smell is fruity, nice, pine, hops. Much the same in taste. Clean, bitter, florals. Better than expected.

Nice hoppy aroma... bitter and floral. Beautiful appearance. Cloudy copper with a white head to stay. Flavor is a perfect balance between the malt and hops. Body seems heavy for such a light beer.

Tap at Second. Pours a fairly clear light orange color with a tall white head. Aroma is hoppy, sweet and fruity. Flavor is certainly hoppy, dry, bitter with almost a passion fruit finish. Nice. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Hazy golden-orange body, medium white head, spotty lacing. Piney and floral hops. A little grapefruit in there as well. Medium bodied, moderate carbonation, moderate bitterness in the finish. Pleasant.

Smell is fruity and bright. Taste is hoppy and citrus and fruity and piny. Taste is a bit thin but pretty hoppy. Not bad. Wife thinks it tastes like hairspray.
