Bailey’s Ale is a hoppy blond ale named after our happy blonde labrador. It’s made with a bit of malted wheat and Centennial hops for a refreshing citrusy finish. It’s unfiltered and bottle-conditioned for freshness. We hope you enjoy this beer.

High quality beer no doubt. First few sips the best - lots of flavor up front, hoppy finish but brief and crisp. After five sips, different story. Dry, bitter. Not exactly a blonde. But hearty, and goes the distance.

Draught. Cloudy orange with a mostly lasting bubbly white head. Aroma of orange, some spice, coriander, pepper. Taste is spicy, caramel, orange, soy sauce, hoppy finish. Medium carbonation, oily mouthfeel.

Pretty good blonde. A surprisingly strong hop punch, mostly grassy. A somewhat dry finish, golden with some fruit and spice.

This is like IPA, it’s awfully bitter. Cisco brewery should not make something they have no idea about.

The Lost Notebook Files Beer #16. Was surprised to see this beer so highly regarded. Concerned I got a bad bottle. Will by again at some point an reevaluate. This beer was nearly Bud Light bad.

Bottle. Pours dirty blonde with white head. Nose and taste of dried grain, malted wheat, ripe banana peel, dried citrus and yeast. Medium body.

A - Pours a slight golden orange color. 2 fingers of creamy white head. S - Grassy hops, pears, biscuity yeast, lemons. T - Bitter grassy and floral hops off the start. Grainy phenolic band aid flavor. Lemony yeast. Very faint malt peeking out. The finish is dry with an aftertaste of grassy hops and slightly citrus. This is a hop intensive blonde. In fact it’s a little unbalanced. The bold hops are welcomed upfront. It carries through but steps on everything else. The slight malt is not enough to hold up to the amount of hops. Having said that I still like it. Mouthfeel is spot on. Serving type: bottle 08-27-2010

Bottle. Pours a clear gold with a white head that dissipates to the edges and laces. Aroma has notes of bread and grains with a hint of sweetness and a bit of grassy hops. Flavor begins with more crisp grassy hops with a nice backbone of light grain and bread.

22oz bottle $6. Golden color just as you would expect given the name. Decent hop aroma but not hoppy like say an IPA or pale ale. The flavor was really well done, hard to describe but tasty, a bit of hops, just really well rounded. I have been pretty impressed by Cisco beers and look forward to trying to more. Draft. Blonde cloudy hazy color with lemon and bread with hops. Very well balanced but more like a blonde iPa in my opinion ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

12oz bottle. Hazy yellow color, thin white ring. Hops very noticeable. Nice pale malts, straw, and floral/herbal hops. Sharp flavor of herbal hops. Hidden straw, and hops. Hoppier than most Golden Ales. Nice. (3488)
