Pour out of 750 mL bottle, thanks to Aaron for the pour! Hazy orange-red pour with thin white head, aroma brought notes of acetone, sour cherry, slight sour lemon, oak, hints of slight wheat. Taste is a mix of wheat, oak, earth, slight cherry, hints of acetone, finishing fairly oaky, slightly sweet, silghtly tart. cubs (10746) - Fort Collins, Colorado, USA - MAY 17, 2014
Bottle @ home via trade and rotebox. Pours a bit hazy reddish orange appearance with a pretty minimal tan head. Aroma has some oak, vanilla, sour cherries, and a bit of acetic acid. A little bit of raspberries as well. Body is a bit thin. Moderately sour. Kind of tastes like cherry Gushers chewy candies. The cherry flavor isn’t as good as the Monomoy Kriek, but at least, there is some carbonation. That being said, the carbonation is pretty thin. Some caramel, vanilla, and dark fruit flavors as well. Kind of a fun beer but could still use a bit more carbonation. MWMBeerguy (203) - Massachusetts, USA - FEB 16, 2014
Beautiful red color but no head retention. Aroma doesn't give an indication of how this beer tastes as it is fairly neutral with just a hint of sour notes. Tastes great! One of the most sour, tart domestic beers I've had. Right there with Cantillon. Delicious.

Bottle, 75 cl corked. It’s a flat, unclear beer, golden-orange in color, no head. There’s a light funk on the nose, with cherry, nail polish remover and a cardamom like spice touch. Vinegar, raisins, a generic fruityness, some sweetness, cherry and a hint of nail polish remover. Dry and acidic on the palate. Long finish. An interesting and complex beer, but there’s too much nail polish remover for it to be really nice. 130607 alobar (4037) - Lansdale, Pennsylvania, USA - NOV 23, 2013
Pours a cherry brown color with no head. Aroma of cherry, vinegar, and funk. Cherry flavor with vinegar, spice, and barnyard funk ending. Moderate sour. Very nice beer.

Thanks to tastybeer for sharing this with me and wnoble over Labor Day weekend. This was a fine beer from Cisco. Not quite as funky as the other sours I have tried from Cisco it would still be worth sampling at least once.
Aroma / Appearance - A citrusy base sits idly and flat with no true life. Cherry, oranges, and lemons give it a fruity feel that is offset by a dry yeasty undertone. It could be sharper and more focused but it is not completely without merit.
Flavor / Palate - Cherry and sour lemons bask in the warmth of the creamy yogurt mouthfeel. I had high hopes for this based on Cisco’s reputation. It might have been a bit of a disappointment from that angle but overall this is a fine release. I’d recommend it if you happen to find a bottle that is not marked up too badly.
Hazy orange pour. Nose is acetic acid, balsamic vinegar, some cherry, honey, flowers, funk. Flavor is similar but comes out somewhat sweet. some sour apple and honey sweetness. Somewhat out of balance and like a touch of the sweet side but fair. Bottle courtesy of Tastybeer, thanks! tastybeer (1853) - Indiana, USA - SEP 6, 2013
