COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
The name "Grey Lady" comes from the nickname for the often-foggy island for which it is brewed. This hazy, Belgian-style Wit emits a complex, earthy nose with sophisticated notes. The sift, malty mid-palate has wicked good zesty hints but gives way to a delectably dry finish. Quenching!

Tap at the airport in Boston, MA. Light golden color with orange highlights. The nose is sweet, some banana with a spicy ginger finish. The taste is moderately light and sweet, with a slightly bready finish. The palates watery, a slightly wet finish. Overall, OK, one of the better beers Ive had at an airport :)

FROTHINGSLOSH (7521) - GREENSBURG, Pennsylvania, USA - MAY 27, 2011
Sampled from a 12 oz brown bottle this beer poured a slightly hazy yellow-golden color with a medium sized soapy white head that left a bit of lacing. The aroma was faint citrus and must with a light vague spicy undertone. The flavor was tangy orange and lemon with light undertones of must, pepper and cardboard. The finish was short with lemon and yeast. Medium body. Pleasant.

Bottled. Poured light straw golden with a short-lived white head. The aroma picked up tangy, somewhat metallic wheat paired with cloves and a kiss of orange zest. The flavor found similar stuff.. tart metallic and bitter orange throughout.. cloves, coriander, and floral notes accented.. finished tangy and very dry. Light-bodied and too sharp on the palate.. this didnt much do it for me.

Bottle shared by argo0 on 8/24/08: Pours a hazy pale golden with a thin ring of wispy white head. Aroma of lightly sweet biscuity pale malt and a touch of coriander and lime. Body starts with decent fullness and doughy maltiness with some citrusy flavor before a drier biscuity finish. Smooth beer with an interesting lime character.

Bomber bottle. Slightly hazy pale yellow. Produced a nice amount of head and lacing in my Weizen glass. Aroma of lemon, orange peel. spice, and slight wheat. Excellent citrus taste, slightly sweet, slightly bitter with minimal aftertaste. Has an almost lemonade finish, crisp and dry. Its on the lighter side of the style, light body with medium carbonation. All of the characteristics give this brew HIGH drinkability. Shared with LiteWait.
