On tap at SLL tasting. Pours a mango-like, honey amber and leaves a couple fingers of sticky white head, that linger around for a while. Big tropical fruits: mango, pineapple, floral qualities, citrus, hint of bready malts, mild spices. Really nice, full aroma dominated by the lovely hops. Taste matches the smell with big mango and pineapple followed by sweet grapefruit and bready malts. The finish is full of big juicy grapefruit. High carbonation with a medium, slightly juicy, slick body. DocLock (11254) - Lower Pottsgrove, Pennsylvania, USA - JUN 8, 2016
Shared cc 750 at Craft. Poured hazy straw with off-white head. Nose was hops, yeasty funk, pale malt. Tasted hoppy, funky, with yeasty and more tart fruit in the finish. echudy (151) - Massachusetts, USA - OCT 18, 2015
Very fruity aromas with some hop and malt aromas. Nice color that varies from top to bottom of glass. Has great fruit flavor with hop and strong malt. It's a great mix of flavors Quick3Beers (1598) - East Falmouth, Massachusetts, USA - JUL 23, 2015
Pours a flat looking hazy amber. Aroma of apricot and sex. Flavor similar with some residual sweetness. Good beer. drfabulous (9098) - Lexington, Kentucky, USA - OCT 10, 2014
750 cork and caged bottle. Fruity slightly apricot IPA. Bit of malt build. But that fruit comes through. Overall, nice taste. Terrible label.

Draft sample at Cincy Beerfest 2014 on Fountain Square. Pours a cloudy gold with a small white head. Notes of sweet malts, tropical fruits (mango, melon, pineapple), citrus, grass, resin, and grass. Medium-bodied, with moderate carbonation and a juicy mouthfeel. Good double IPA. DrSilverworm (10000) - Cincinnati, Ohio, USA - AUG 14, 2014
750ml bottle, split with Robotopera. Hazy dark orange color. Thin ring of off-white head. Some loose bits of lace. Up front, it’s pretty evident that this has a brettanomyces thing going on. I was debating for a while whether this was intentional or not, because I remember the saison being surprisingly sour too (I later heard from brewery reps that the saison was intentionally soured). I don’t think that is the case here, judging from other reviews... There’s a tart, bright fruity flavor up front, mild sourness. Light to moderate bitter, moderate sweet taste. Aroma has some bright brett funk that’s noticeable up front, but once I get acclimated to it, it’s not too bad. Some good resiny piney hop, earthy hop. Medium to bigger body. Smooth, kind of soft, lightly creamy carbonation. Lightly effervescent. Brett is kind of strange with that but it’s not too bad.. Mild to moderate caramel malt that wouldn’t be so bad with the hop but it clashes with the brett. Like the soured saison, though, this beer grows on me quite a bit as I go. On tap at Caliente. Pours a clear light orange with a thin white head. Aroma of light fruits, mango, grapefruit, grassy and stinky hops. Smells heavenly! Flavor is slightly sweeter, more citrus and mango, bitter hop resins, stinky hops. Wow, this is a real winner! So hoppy and fruity. Very drinkable for a IIPA.
