On tap at SLL tasting.Pours a hazy yellow with a foamy bone head that settles to a partial film on top of the beer. Small swaths of lace form around the glass on the drink down. Smell is of malt, wheat, floral, and spice aromas. Taste is much the same with salt, floral, and herb flavors on the finish. There is a mild amount of floral bitterness on the palate with each sip. This beer has a lower level of carbonation with a slightly crisp mouthfeel. Brigadier (3780) - Chagrin Falls, Ohio, USA - FEB 27, 2016

I am not sure how a 2013 vintage of this wound up on local shelves but I bought one knowing Cisco’s reputation. The results do not disappoint even if this would not be my goto gose. Perhaps it lost something in the last year or two; either way (as if needs to be said for a 4% beer) definitely do not sit on it.
Aroma / Appearance - A lively rose colored body settles underneath a billowing white head. Lemons, citrus, and saltines tickle the air with a simple dryness. The profile gets the job done with little fanfare.
Flavor / Palate - A bubbly mouthfeel sparkles as it wakes up the palate. Lemon custard, sea salt, and old cheerios make me think that it might have been sitting on the shelf for a while. The smoothness causes the bottle to disappear quickly. Hopefully more Cisco Reserve beers make it to local shelves though in better condition.
Nearly clear yellow-gold with a white head.
Grain, salt, fruit aroma.
Flavour is nicely salted citrus...almost a red apple-peel note to it.
A little yeastiness, lemon.
Really good. shrubber85 (11706) - Greenville, Indiana, USA - OCT 27, 2015
Bottle. Floral lemon malt, light salt, and musty yeast aroma. Golden yellow with large white head. Fairly strong salt flavor up front followed by lemon malt and very dry hay flavor. Floral aftertaste. Good body. A very dry beer. Johnstledger8 (1409) - Dublin, IRELAND - AUG 25, 2015
Draught. Pours a cloudy orange with a relatively lasting white head. Aroma of hay, green apple. Taste is tart, green apple, white grape, sherbet. Medium carbonation, light and oily, really refreshing.

Hazy gold amber. Effervescent. Nose is nice with mildly tart citrus and fruit skins. Flavor is nasty herbal bitterness and light salt water. Bleh. JK (6342) - St. Louis Park, Minnesota, USA - JAN 18, 2015
Sampled via bottle at WTWBA 2014. 2013 version. Surprisingly sweet. Spices and some herbal quality. Not sour or even lightly tart at all, but there is some salt. alexsdad06 (11224) - West Chester, Ohio, USA - NOV 8, 2014
750 ml bottle sample. Pours a hazy orange golden color with a small off white head. The aroma and flavor have tart lemony citrus, yeast, wheat malts, and a briny saltiness, the mouthfeel and body of these rarely work for me, just ok. Travlr (26429) - Charlotte, North Carolina, USA - OCT 30, 2014
Bottle. Cloudy yellow color, thick white head. Aroma of earthy mint and spice. Taste has mixed spice, raw bread. OK.
