Appearance: Hazy yellow/golden with small white head and little lacing.
Aroma: Herbal hops at first followed by peppery notes, light pine, citrus and cereals.
Taste: Slightly to moderate sweet with herbal presence, caramel, good malt backbone and moderate bitterness.
Palate: Medium body. Moderate to medium carbonation. Herbal finish.
Overall: Quite herbal. Not too sweet or boozy considering the abv, but not super drinkable either. Good.

Serving: Bottle. Hazy light amber pour with a lasting white head. Solid hop nose with notes of citrus and tropical fruit. Medium bodied with a zesty hop profile. Easy going bitterness that wasn’t too aggressive, but lasting. Loads of tropical fruit and citrus. Dry finish. Good stuff. Seems to be holding up well. From tap @ Cisco. Cloudy orange with active head. Lacing all the way down. Nose of grapefruit, some wheat and pineapple. Medium to full bodied. Tropical and bitter throughout. Solid hops at every stage. Slightly rough flavors limit this beers palatability. DrSilverworm (9671) - Cincinnati, Ohio, USA - MAR 25, 2014
Taste from a 750ml bottle. Hazy golden orange color. Good thin white head. Decent splotches of lace. Was skeptical at first as to how this would hold up, being a "2013 reserve" IPA... But the first sniff is reassuring. Tons of good Nelson Sauvin aromas in the nose. Tons of good floral, tropical fruit, citrus aromas. Light spicy hop. Fantastic, complex hop aroma to this. Light caramel malt. Moderate bitter taste, light to moderate sweet. Medium to bigger body. Smooth, lighter, kind of creamy carbonation. Lightly dry finish. Great single hop IPA! Not as assertive and bitter as a lot of American IPAs, very different... But has an awesome, complex aroma to it and a very nice long finish. I bet this stuff is ridiculously good on tap fresh at the source... As I continue with it, though, the sweetness a bit more prominent. Still love that big aroma, though.
