From the 750 ml. bottle. The pour is a slightly hazy pale yellow with a decent white head. The aroma is of Belgian bready malts, yeast, citrus, and some apple. The body is light to medium and astringent. The taste tends to have this sort if champagne feel to it intertwined with the bready malts but that is not unexpected for a Tripel. Some pepper notes and a clean but slightly bitter finish. I can’t say I loved it but it had it’s positive points.

Bottle. Pours cloudy gold, with a white head. Aroma is yeast, pepper, and fruit. Flavor is fruit, pepper, malt, hops, yeast, and some alcohol. Light to medium body, and a fairly long finish, where the alcohol becomes more prominent. One of the better ones I’ve had from Cisco.

Aurelius (5335) - Tallahassee, Florida, USA - JAN 2, 2014
Vapourous aroma - a little perfumy and sweet with a wheat edge. 750ml bottle, useless label. Dried apricot color, foggy, carpeting white head. Slightly briny, caramel, lots of hops but the bitterness is mostly from the alcohol. Generally dry, very lightly astringent. ABV isn’t masked very well, and there are some off, cabbagey notes. Peppery finish. Not terrible, but I wouldn’t seek it out. ABC Liquors, Betton.

Headbanger (3999) - Aurora, Illinois, USA - SEP 14, 2013
750ml bottle 9/15/13 (Binny’s Naperville)-40° in Trappist Glass-Pours like apple juice with a nice white head. Aroma of yeast, bubblegum, and spices. Taste of the same with some sweetness, yeast, and grass. This medium bodied brew is well balanced and goes down smooth.

Bottle from DeCiccos in Harrison, NY. Cisco hits it out if the park again. Pours a hazy banana color. Thick cream colored head, excellent retention. Slightly sweet and smooth tasting. Slight peppery finish. Extremely drinkable. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Wood, bubble gum, and a lot of sour apple in the aroma, more like a sour ale than a tripel. Flavor is pure tripel, though, if a little on the mild side, sweet with fruit, spice, and caramel. A little hop bitterness and some drying alcohol in the finish. Pretty faithful interpretation of a classic style, and a pretty good one too.

kirk36 (223) - Peabody, Massachusetts, USA - JUL 27, 2013
Great head retention, amber in color with an apple-juice touch in color, looks refreshing and pleasing. Pepper, light-weight and softer than others i tried. Purchased in Nantucket 22oz bomber. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone
